The customer service experience at the post office, particularly with an individual, has consistently fallen short. The demeanor of the staff member, specifically an Asian lady, lacks politeness and effective communication skills, which adversely impacts the reputation of the Royal Mail post office. It is advisable for post office officials to address and rectify this matter promptly. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint to bring attention to these concerns for necessary improvements.
