This Pret has a nice ambience but I didn?t have a good experience while I was sitting feeding my newborn, a staff member with headphones in was aggressively cleaning close by and I felt pressured to up and leave, he even swept around my feet as I was getting my stuff together. Hugely disrespectful and no apology.

They are always so friendly and attentive it is always a wonderful pick me up in the day.I personally love the coffee too as it?s often strong and well made with care.Keep up the hard work team. I had a fantastic experience at Pret a Manger! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I appreciate their commitment to using fresh ingredients and making everything in-house. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Pret a Manger! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I especially loved their selection of sandwiches and salads, which are perfect for a quick and healthy lunch. The cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy my meal. Bitter, unpleasant tasting mocha - it feels like they don?t clean the machine enough.When challenged the barista said the machine was cleaned ?every day? which I think maybe precisely the problem. On a busy day the machine needs to be cleaned more than once

Without doubt my favourite Pret by far! Pret is always good for service in all locations but the team they have in Windsor now are the most friendly, efficient, and courteous. They all seem to get along great and that reflects well on the service they give and the atmosphere. Well done Pret Windsor ??

If I could give the staff 6 stars I would! They go beyond what one would expect to find even in Pret, that in general has always excellent staff. But the ladies of Pret in Windsor are just amazing. Always happy to come back.
