Dorota always goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with my colouring and aims to get as close to my reference pictures as possible, she has done full heads of highlights to bright red to copper, and every time I leave more confident in myself and she is just and amazing person as well as a very talented hair dresser, 100% recommend her and her services ??

Hi, I had an almost £300 treatment with a hairdresser which I was unhappy with. I said to the hairdresser numerous times in the salon that I did not want the olaplex treatment added which was £37 extra but she did not take no for an answer and began to tell me how much my hair would be damaged if I didn't get the treatment, in which I felt pressured to have it done. I asked for ash, but my hair was very warm which I specifically mentioned I did not want. I specified I wanted it very subtle but it was nothing but subtle. My hair was not blended at all, with lots of chunky ginger streaks going throughout. At the end of the treatment the hairdresser told me even she, herself, was not happy with the outcome. Out of respect for the hairdresser I did not say anything at the time, and had to rush to pick up my son after being in the salon for over 3 hours, but regretted it instantly. Out of respect for the hairdresser, I did not want to put her down.I called up and returned for a fix. I was grateful they had offered me a redo balayage to fix my hair. Unfortunately my hair has now been left damaged, brittle and is snapping because of the amount of bleach used. I?m grateful for her taking her time to redo my balayage and tone it to somewhat of an ash. But the balayage on top of balayage has now turned my hair into one big block colour which no longer looks like a balayage.After having had a second opinion about my hair, I was left feeling unhappy and upset at the fact I have to pay more money, if not double, to get my hair fixed. I am no longer have any more bleach in my hair because of the terrible condition it is in and I am having to go darker now to resolve this.I asked the head manager for a refund to compensate for this matter but got rejected which I think is appalling customer service. I expected more from such a ?big? company like Rush. In future I will not be returning to any Rush salons.

Terrible. I asked for a brunette colour and my hair ended up being red. It took me months to get rid of the red and orange undertone. A tall blonde woman was responsible for this and not only did she dye my hair red, she had no remorse or sympathy for the fact she had ruined my hair. Awful awful awful stylist. Very rude and ignored my explanation of what i wanted with my hair. Did her own thing and failed. Only offered to straighten my hair for free after i was clearly very upset with her work. Did my hair better than I expected. Got a lot of compliments and the staff was very supportive with the style i preferred but also made sure it suits my face shape. The kerastase fusio dose is highly recommended; made my hair healthy again
