Helpful staff; achieved what we needed to do. Had to wait for 10 mins first, as both staff were occupied with customers. Once we were being served, another member of staff appeared, so it would have been more efficient if he could have been notified while we were waiting.We visited the outlet with ID, in order to reset passwords and change address. It's a shame we couldn't relocate our broadband service while we were there.

Not happy with Vodafone store service, anything takes a huge amount of time, their system is very slow, they claim it crashes all the time or whatever it is. They are not stream lines at all. Last time I was here for work I went with EE for my prepaid E-sim and I was in and out in less than 10 min. With voda I went in the store that alone took 25 minutes then I was told that I couldn?t activate my eSIM for 24 hours. I was very angry to say the least last time I will be using Vodafone when I travel to the UK.

The shop manager's is rude, bad attitude and unhelpful. Sold me a sim card which cannot be activated , unwilling to resolve the issue and no apology for the poor service. Buyer beware.

Disappointing service from Vodafone all around. Ordered an iphone upgrade and decided to collect from store as they had stock available and could collect the next day. When my order was place I received an email saying it was actually out of stock.Two weeks later I receive an email stating the phone is now ready for collection. Went into store only to find the phone wasn't there. Sales assistant was clueless and we eventually walked out none the wiser 25 minutes later. Called Vodafone customer support and eventually got through to a 'human' only to be told the phone had been delivered three days previously and provided me with a tracking number (why?).Vodafone HQ are unable/ unwilling to call the store to locate the phone. No way to call the Windsor store directly therefore will need to visit the store for a third time in person.Unfortunately I'm tied in with another plan otherwise I'd have cancelled outright. Miserable user experience***Update 13th August*** Three visits to the store, six calls and three messages left for the Store Manager "Musty". Still no phone or have any of my calls been returned. Woeful.Anyone reading this and wishing to take out a new contract or upgrade their phone with Vodafone. Don't. Their customer service is non existent. If at worst you're looking for an upgrade, have the phone shipped to your home address. The Windsor store is ran by a feckless amateurs.

Staff ended up letting me leave the store with an iPhone 8 even though I had ordered at iPhone 8 Plus. I got a rude response and no apology. I then waited 24hrs for my sim to activate like I was told to, to only find out they were meant to tell me I needed to swap my sim online first! Rubbish service and wasted so much of my time.

Visting UK and Europe for a couple of weeks and this was the first store that sold sim cards that I stopped at. Started at 2GB data sim card and though--ok, can at least access internet. But found out that it doesn't work right away, took a while after activation to actually make phone calls and access internet. Employee was helpful but the phone was not active at the time I left and I was worried it would not ever be. So I purchased two sim cards at the Carphone Warehouse a few doors down, (one EE and one O2) for less money and 5GB data each. Vodafone worked in Switzerland, O2 was roaming there. It was difficult to top off and add service, so I never ended up doing so. Vodafone app was nice but really, I should be able to top off on it if it were well designed, which it was not. Easy on EE. Used EE for the most part, including adding data. Plus EE let me activate a hotspot so my daughter could use internet when her Vodafone 2 GB ran out (after 2 or 3 days--data hog). So rating of the store and employee was a 5, but vodafone service was about a 3.

Absolutely awful customer service from the bored looking male assistant who waited for fifteen minutes before offering to help whilst I stood waiting in the middle of the shop. I had been directed by Vodafone Customer Service to go to a store to resolve a mistake on their part (a separate zero star review for Vodafone for that!). The shop assistant showed no interest whatsoever in helping out in spite of being able to see the underlying issue on his screen. Been a Vodafone customer for 15+ years genuinely the worst customer service experience I have ever received in a retail store.
