My perception is they favour delivery service vs walk in customers.Slow slow service, staff not communicative and food arrived at different times so we didn?t eat together.Staff definitely need training and have a leader in the restaurant that cares about their customers experience.Didn?t leave a tip as I cannot blame this entirely on Wagamama but also at the individual staff who should show or strive for some level of pride in their job?.but yeah, Wagamama HQ?.sort this out?it?s embarrassing

We recently dined here for a Saturday lunch and had a fantastic experience. This has a wide variety of menu options available and spices+hotness factor (which I am fond of) ranging to different palates.However, what truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. We were a group with different diet requirements and the staff members were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.The added benefit of eating literally within the doorstep of the Windsor Castle gives an additional royal factor!

My main came out before my partners (approx 10 minutes between). These were then followed by 1 of 3 sides.We requested from 4 different servers (yes, 4) for the other 2 sides, of which after 45 minutes only 1 of the 2 came had come out - it appears they don?t like serving bang bang cauliflower because the last time we came here we had to request that countless times, too.In the end, we gave up asking, asked for the bill which was also a mission, to which we saw they had bang bang cauliflower on the receipt? where was it then? If it?s logged on the system then surely it should have been served??????At least the food we got was really tasty.This is the 2nd time we have been there, and both of which relatively poor service.

Very disappointed with this well-rated restaurant. Very average hygiene with dirty and sticky menus, a glass of water with food in it, stained and equally sticky decorations, dirty toilets? The food was tasteless for the main course, perhaps because we arrived at 1:30 a.m. before the end of service? The friendliness is strongly to be reviewed in this restaurant, tight smile, minimal politeness, quick order taking after installation? I am nevertheless not surprised that no one came to ask how it was going because the quality of all the services offered was more than average. I will not return to this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible to chairs but electronic chair to go down the stairs provided

My noodles were great and the tofu was amazing. Waitress was lovely, and the store had loads of space. Lighting matched the vibe too. Would definitely recommend.

Went this evening for my birthday meal with friends and family. Restaurant was quieter than usual so we assumed it would be quick service. We waited over 25 minutes for our order to be taken and once the food arrived asked for extra drinks which never arrived. After another 15-20 minutes of trying to get the attention of a member of waiting staff my partner went over to the counter and asked if the drinks on the counter were ours. The staff just shrugged there shoulders and so he picked up the receipt that had fallen on the floor and could see that the drinks were indeed for our table. He also asked for a spoon for his hot pot as they had given him chopsticks which made it difficult to eat as it was a soup. The service really has gone down hill since we have last visited. The staff really don?t seem to be interested in the service industry as most look uninterested and are stock around looking at there phones or talking to each other rather than doing there job.

I've been visiting here for many years. It's ALWAYS been great, but I'm not sure what happened today.Restaurant 25% full. It took ages for anyone to take an order. I couldn't get the attention of anyone to provide me with a spoon to consume a meal which was essentially a broth.. chop sticks weren't going to do it. On getting up and asking a staff member, I was pointed in the general direction of where they kept them. Getting up from where she was sat on the floor, or for her colleague to stop playing games on his phone was just too much to ask.I collected my own drinks from the bar which had been sat there for a good 20 minutes. Nobody really knew if they were for our table or not - they were just a bit gormless. I figured it out myself by picking up the bits of receipt paper littering the floor to see that it was indeed for us.Even getting the bill was hard work. It was really tempting to just walk out without paying. The zombie like team of employees on shift today would have noticed.On a positive note, the food was excellent as always.

For what used to be such a well run restaurant the service has really slipped. I?ve visited the Wagamamas fairly regularly over the last few years, and it used to have such a charismatic and hardworking team. Unfortunately this is no longer the case, while the food has always been delicious, it?s such a shame to see the standard of service slip. The team working there now all appear to be in need of a good nights sleep, as they seem to wander around the place before congregating at the bar, ignoring or not attending to customers. If you enjoy wagamamas then sure this branch will satisfy that tasty craving. But don?t go while too hungry, as your stomach may rumble over the long wait, and watching the staff stand around disinterested.

Ramen was not as usual, not a lot of taste in the broth. Egg was not even stained. Oyster mushroom starter was dry and powdery taste, with a little tiny bit of ?dipping? sauce.. not a lot to dip in.Mixed Mushroom bao was very empty, barely any mayo and no coriander! In the order we asked for extra chilli oil and shichimi chilli powder and only received chilli oil. A lot of money for a quite disappointing meal for us.. Wagamama used to be always tasty but it feels the standards is barely met nowadays. Not first time bad experience. So sad
