The Windsor store has a lovely warm and welcoming vibe just by the Castle. You can imagine the young royals popping in choose the next book to dive into. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was served today by a young lady behind the till at lunchtime today. She gave me some great recommendations as well as insights on upcoming releases to come back for. I bought my book the spent the rest of a perfect Sunday in a nearby cafe reading. Will definitely be back again.

A really nice store, with a great location on Peascod street, next to Windsor castle. I have always found the service to be excellent and the staff really seem to enjoy working here. The store is pretty big and set over two floors.

Great range of books. Not the largest of shops but the range of books keeps my whole family engaged for a long time...

A Lovely bookstore right off Peascod StreetI came to visit Windsor Castle, had some extra time. and decided to walk around the local area. I am glad that I did since I found Peascod Street. This is a lovely street, covered in cobblestones, directly down the hill from the castle. There is only foot traffic on this street which is pleasant as it is fairly wide leaving plenty of room to walk and windowshop. The street is lined with all kinds of shops from food to clothing. About halfway down the hill, there is a very nice bookstore called Waterstones. It is 2 stories with lots of books. The floors and shelves are light wood and there is ample lighting which makes it very easy to see all the titles and read. Both upstairs and downstairs have ample room to get around. I was looking for a specific book and asked a staff member. They were very friendly and helpful. They had a title I was looking for so I made a purchase at the counter located by the door. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend for anyone booklover in the area or looking for their next good read.

Not a good store for people of colour. Stood in queue behind paying customer. Guy at till take a different customer to pay from other side. When I question where the queue is he said there?s no sign but he?s telling me (?) BAD service. I walked out without purchasing. Shame ok waterstones for employing racists.
