Much quieter than other gyms which enables you to use all the equipment you want. Clean. Owners are very hands on and friendly.

Pretty average gym, and quite expensive for what you get. Small, not a lot of resistance machines. Not very busy which makes up for it. Parking is a big issue.

Lovely gym! I always feel so comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, equipment is kept clean and the gym itself is never overcrowded which is ideal.I would definitely recommend AF Wokingham!

This is a perfect little gym for anyone that wants to get in shape and not feel like they are being watched or judged. I normally go in the night as I like it to be empty so I can focus on my work out. But the times I have been during the day everyone has been friendly and courteous.The staff all seem brilliant and I can't fault the facilities always clean and always stocked. The showers are brilliant and have a wide range of settings so you can have it as hot or as cold as you like.If you are looking at joining a gym Anytime fitness is a great place to go. Its not a spa tho so there isn't a pool or a sauna.
