Love this place. I honestly only ever shop here. The layout is perfect. It's open, and even when it's really busy, it doesn't feel like it... until you get to the tills ??????!It has everything I need, nothing is ever out of stock and most of the staff there are just so friendly. I'm totally not sure if it's OK to name names, but there is a particular male staff member who absolutely makes my day every time I go in ? an absolute diamond and a huge credit to this Sainsburys.

Went shopping here recently towards the end of the evening to pick up a nonessential item that my heavily pregnant wife had a sudden and unexpected craving for.As it was towards the end of their working day and I suspect that the employees wanted me and the other late night shoppers to leave an announcement was made with the intention of getting me to hurry up.Seconds after this announcement was made I was plunged into darkness in another apparent attempt to speed my shopping experience! I was most displeased about this return to a medieval style of illumination that I almost said something to a member of staff, but alas, I thought that would be too much excitement for one day so simply left.Good deal on carrots at the moment.

Sainsbury's has everything I look for - from groceries, bakery, meat, medicines, cosmetics, clothing to delicious take away food. There is always enough stock of all items barring eggs and a few others. The staff are very helpful. The smart and self checkout facilities are available as well as a few staff assisted counters. The car parking caters to a lot. The facility also stations Argos, Starbucks and restrooms. As for price, Sainbury's is a little pricey over Aldi. However, some items are cheaper and have better availability in Sainbury's. The nectar card is advantageous with offers and discounted prices. On the whole, Sainsbury's at Winnersh is a happy shopping experience ??

Not been here for a long time, very good layout. The only downside in using the self checkout is that you have to scan your receipt to get through the barriers but I suppose that if you did it regularly then it wouldn't be a problem

Nice big store. Staff could do with training in common courtesy. Appreciate that ID is required to purchase alcohol but to be rude to customers and embarrass them for not having ID is not acceptable. Won?t be returning!

Sainsbury's a well stocked supermarket, but the bad news, the pity, is it houses a Starbucks whose every single product, without fail, is always below any expectation of quality. Band, booring and overpriced. Avoid whenever possible. Unfortunately I had an hour to fill and there was nowhere else near.

This is our regular supermarket shop, it?s big and has everything you need. It?s got a Starbucks attached and a learning centre called explore learning. Massive car park with all usual Sainsbury?s stuff. Got everything you need here.

Very nice, big supermarket with lots of good quality products, not everything, but you can find a good variety

Good selection of items available. However we observed couple of major issues. We don?t usually buy items from the bakery as sugar is not good for health etc. decided to give it a try yesterday as we noticed a few price reductions. On 2 of 3 items with new price reduction tags we were charged full price! What?s the point of tagging yellow labels when you want to charge full price. Felt deceived and never had this kind of experience in competitor supermarkets. C?mon Sainsbury?s - every little helps !

Not my regular store due to distance but I was very impressed with their gluten free section.

I went I to sainsbury's for a meal deal. Unfortunately I was unable to have any of their sandwiches, wraps or pasta salad as they all contained either white wine vinegar or spirit vinegar. I'm allergic to alcohol and vinegar so thought I would look at other options, there were none.

It's a supermarket - good variety and good quality food...I prefer to go early morning when it's quieter. There's a decent selection of cook-in sauces, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Mexican etc.Staff are friendly and helpful. They're trying to encourage customers to use self service instead of staffed checkouts. It takes some getting used to but in general it is quicker. They've rearranged the entrance quite dramatically - difficult to find the smart shop scanners, and there's some odd changes in the layout. Confusing and irritating, but it's what all supermarkets do...Staff are very helpful, giving assistance in finding items since the rearranged layout.
