Today I went to visit this branch, sorted out my losted bank card.There is good atmosphere at bank with very helpful lovely people.They doing well, my issue is has been solved very quickly thank you for the jung talented girl who very helpful and she did on the highest level.Highly recommended this Lloyd's branch ???Thanks for everything!

Great service offered by the team and everything went smoothly while applying for a joint account. Super convenient place next to a parking. Definitely they gave their best to make us comfortable. ??? Also they sorted us out with a savings account ?

I have banked at this branch since 1985. Best thing I ever did. Before then I was with Lloyds Bank on Oxford Road, Reading. I left there when I found out from the assistant manager I could not have an overdraft because the manager at that time did not like me. How things have changed for the better. BTW That branch has since closed down.

I use the branch at Woodley on a weekly basis and what an amazing, friendly, and efficient team Stuart runs here. The ladies: Tanya, Jazz, Molly and Karen are always a pleasure to be served by and I always look forward to my visits to see one of their friendly, welcoming smiling faces.

Had to nip into the bank for change for work, because in my job, i don't Always get available parking, so i rely on parking bays... So i went inside, following the guidelines a t m, lovely cashier was waiting, i was impressed,, im normally waiting in there lol?.. Anyway, the lovely lady that helped me out was Extremely helpful, Polite, Very Professional, and in my books that goes a long way .. #vice versa.. I got my change for parking.. Thanks to the lady behind the screen.. Sorry i didn't get her name... ((I was the one in dirty overalls and High viz)) .. #keyworkers #lloyds bank... Luv you guys.. Thanks Again.. ?????

The only bank thats closed on weekends!Oh its ok though as there open am10 till 2pm week days. So much for helping key workers.Thanks loyds
