Items not exactly ready straight away like they use to be, oh and then when something breaks just outside the 30 days have to go direct to the supplier. Baring in mind this is an essential item for our baby, we?ve had to buy the item again and hope for a refund if the manufacturer sends us a new one! Extremely frustrated, who has a spare £50 to re buy a temporary replacement these days!

Carol the old woman is so rude I came In yesterday to return an item and told me it ?wasn?t happening? she was rude belittling and outspoken. All I asked was for a refund or exchange! She was determined she wasn?t going to do it then finally after I told her I?d spoke to the helpline she issued it and proceeded to talk about me after I had walked away. Not a way to treat a customers after I had spent 200+£ on an item. Which was no good! I?m never going back

One of the worst experiences ever. A horrible application,website and staff!!! I was given a gift voucher worth 59£. I tried to use it on the website it never worked. I tried on the app and it also never worked. I called 3 times and I spent laterally more than 30mins on the chat explaining to your employee the problem. She replies with none sense. I tell her the card number shows wrong and I can't complete my purchase. She replies saying the refund will reflect after 7 days your payment didn't go through!!! What?!!!.I called the customer service again! And the rudest person answers the phone. I spent 48 mins on the phone explaining. She starts interrogating me. Who gave you the card ? If you want a refund, it means you purchased the card so how do you say it was given to you?. She tells me according to your postcode the filton is close to you and you say you chose Gloucester road, why?. She kept using that attitude and she ends up shutting the phone in my face.

Have had a serious problem with brand new tumble dryer.Vickie at Argos was great,handled the refund process for me and collection of the faulty item. Took all the hassle for me thank you

Ordered an ssd here a week before. Woke up early to collect it and they stated that the order didn?t come in after I had an official email stating that it was coming in. They couldn?t do anything for me. Rubbish customer service

Asked for ID on an item which they admit shouldn?t have been age restricted, and wasn?t mentioned online. Manager didn?t seem bothered in solving the issue. Waste of a trip

Terrible store and service. Had an item sent there for click and collect went to pick it after having an email that is was ready for collection and was told that the item wasn't actually there the staff looked for it on cages inside the store and couldn't find the item. I asked what are the next steps... The manager said these things happen and that I would need to contact customer services for a refund. I asked if the store could resolve this... The manager said no, no apology and the chap really seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help out... Apparently he had been working since 5 am and was tired at 11 am...I eventually got through to customer services, and was advised that the store system stated that I had collected the item! I now have needed to escalate a complaint to get the money refunded for an item I've never received...

Just went to pick up my daughter Nintendo switch I bought for her birthday but Argos have taken the £256 but I can't have the item because of some problem with PayPal. So I can't have the switch and I can't have the money back for 5 days. Thanks Argos now I have the tell my little girl on her birthday she can't have a switch till Argos give me the money back DONT USE ARGOS.
