Extremely rude and unhelpful female pharmacist who treated me appallingly, and basically insinuated that I was some sort of drug addict for requesting a sleep aid that I use infrequently to help me sleep between working 12.5hr night shifts as it is the only thing that helps. I have had no issues buying this here previously (I usually purchase once every few months) but today I was refused and made to feel absolutely awful by this vile woman. Shortly afterwards I visited another pharmacy who were only to happy to assist me. Won't ever use Asda pharmacy again.

The opening times on the web site state 9am - 9pmWhat it doesn't explain is when it is closed during those times when a pharmacist isn't available.I went to collect my prescription on a Tuesday at 4.30pm and I was told it was closed by a member of staff behind the counter. When I indicated the opening times she pointed to a hand written note on the counter explaining the absents of the pharmacist. Not helpful to find out when you get there that you cant collect your prescription.

Had to go back three times over two days because I was told the prescription wasn't sent over, I went back to the doctors and it had been sent just after my appointment. I then went back less then an hour later saw someone else to be told it was there all along!! I'm not happy having wasted my time and diesel because of what I believe was one member of staff being awkward.

Poverty, poverty and more poverty. After Brexit and the COVID pandemic, even pharmacies are plunging into crisis. Not even the simplest prescription creams are available

Lovely Staff!I recently suffered a severe injury which has resulted in me needing a large amount of medication and treatment to recover. The staff at this pharmacy have always been very polite, so understanding and lovely. It?s not very often that they don?t have an item in stock but will get it the same or next day if they don?t!All the staff are so professional and a credit to Asda!I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I have been on alot of tablets lately and they have always had what I've been prescribed by my doctor, unlike other local pharmacy's, also very helpful and friendly.

Did have what I needed but is always so busy in there and didn't appreciate being followed by security to my car after spending hundred pounds, found them very rude. Which is why I won't be going back to that store.
