Long wait in plane for doors to open.\\nOnly front doors opened i.\\nBack doors did not open .\\nTook a very long time to disembark .\\nNo social distance .\\nPlane chock a bloc.\\nPassport control terrible . No social distance . Automatic machines hopeless .eventually had to go through passport control via passport officer. Meanwhile cases went to carousel and by the time I got there , some one stole my case . Then had to go up lost property .\\nThe whole experience was very frustrating and upsetting. Journey home took far longer than necessary.

Nice check in staff. Quick security and fast boarding. Nice shops and restaurants. Recommend flying from here during covid if going anywhere. Especially Spain

Quite a nice airport inside, although not many options to buy a sandwich without a mortgage. Security staff working very hard but not enough capacity . Only 2 stars overall because of the extortionate car parking costs. I appreciate the air industry is struggling, but to pay more than your flight costs is greedy, especially when the one I paid a fortune for was still a struggle to get to the terminal from and had weeds and a rough surface. If the airport had a station at least there would be an alternative.

Surprisingly stress free, could be due to less travel. It wouldn't hurt the border force to perhaps smile occasionally and not just grunt, thet must have had their instructions from their counterparts in the USA.

Good airport. Clearly operating in different Covid affected times as it was very quiet for midday in August. Some of the food outlets temporarily closed but still places to eat. Signage is good and announcements were timely and clear.

Parked in Silver zone parking and for the first time we had difficulty finding a space. Swift transfer to the terminal and very quiet when checking in. Efficient helpful staff throughout including EasyJet. Reasonable breakfast eaten upstairs and ordered using a qr code.

Paid for fast track which was slower than normal security, they only allocate one station for fast track which they think is ok to charge £6 for. This is not even the first time this has happened. I have previously complained but had no response.\\nThere should be at least 2-3 stations open at security for fast track, it?s an absolute joke. Nothing more than money grabbing from a notoriously greedy airport.

Pretty decent. Not much to complain about. Good food options and regular airport prices so expect your wallet to be drained if you do want food. Other than that, good.\\n\\nThere are some nice places for pictures too if you have some extra time to burn!

Landed at air after 00:30 am think I could get some cash for taxi but guess what. The machine authorised the transaction but no money came out of the machine & check my account and it was debited. Fuming and gutted
