Pleasant cafe in Page Park.Seems like you're meant to order at a hatch outside which is a bit weird for sitting in. Some nice cakes and a good selection of drinks all at good prices.Staff are friendly and the toilets are clean. Modern, clean building. I like it but it gets busy sometimes and would be better if it was larger.

Lovely cafe, in a fantastic family friendly setting. Good quality simple food cooked really well plus decent coffee and great cakes. Not crazy expensive either. Can't go wrong really. Only downside is that if it rains there's not much seating and it's so popular everyone piles in!

We often visit the cafe and page park, the area is good for kids to play and the park has activity equipment, the cafe has a good reputation as the comments say, there is outside eating drinks as well as indoor. Toilet facilities and easy access. If you walk the dog or let the kids take their tricycles, the paths are all wide and made from tarmac. A great place for a walk, no muddy paths to contend with, there is a bowls club peep through the gates and spend axfew moments watching the club members have a game of lawn bowls.Wheelchair accessibility: The park and cafe has wheelchair access.

We hired the room next to the cafe for my mums 90th birthday party on 14th Jan for the afternoon. It was perfect for the occasion..about 35 people and 5 children. We provided light buffet and drinks from cafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely little kitchenette we could use. Very reasonably priced. Was lvly for the children as they could play in the park and pop back for refreshments. Would highly recommend for any occasion...thank you to Melody and her team. Mum thoroughly enjoyed it.Andrea

Sometimes you only get half a cup and have to take it back

Service is shocking and coffee is not the best! I was first in the queue ordered 2 coffees. The two young girls were to busy talking about their night, rather than making my drinks. Then they carried on taking 6/7 orders and we were all stood around waiting. This makes absolutely no sense. I was waiting for 25 mins and someone who had been waiting 5 mins and we got our drinks at the same time? Take an order, ensure they have their drinks then move onto the next customer. Don't take a load of orders make everyone wait then just mess around laughing and giggling!!

Love this place, but allowing us to pay for food then having to pop to Tesco to buy bread with a 35 minute wait is laughable

Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty gluten-free lemon drizzle cake. Nicely flavoured coffee. Lovely location. Need more gluten-free options. Also needs faster ordering system.

I visited with my 9-month-old twins and had a toastie, which was reasonably priced and very nice. It came with a little pot of tomato sauce/soup stuff on the side, which was a good added bonus. Coffee very nice and a generous size cup. Nice, peaceful garden at the back. Helpful staff. It made my day after a stressful morning chasing two uncooperative babies around a baby massage class!!

Really great food, and wait times are what you'd expect from a very small cafe in a busy park. The food is freshly made, so there will obviously be some sort of wait. All I would say is that there could be more soup in the cup that comes with toasties.

Strange set up, they won't take your order from inside. Went In sat down looked at the cakes on offer but was then told to leave and order through the window.

Haven't eaten but the coffee is good and it's a friendly space

Waiting times are terrible. Sort it out, put one person on the till.

This little cafe is a great place to stop off and enhances the park. They are always running events and engaging with the community in a way that didn't really exist prior to their opening. It can be incredibly busy, which is just testament to how needed the cafe was, and I appreciate staffing levels must be hard to manage given how quiet it might be the next day. The regular staff are great and obviously work hard to train junior members whilst keeping up with service. Food is nice and not overdone or over priced. They offer a loyalty scheme on top of that for hot drinks. It's not an easy world out there for small businesses such as this, and they are in subtle ways invaluable to the places they serve.
