The members of staff who served me was friendly and knowlable about the product on display. I found her help in lightening in regards to lens thickness/ size match to a suitable frame with in my price range.

Boots opticians are brilliant. The staff are super friendly, fun and most importantly honest. My receipt says Stefan but I didn't catch their name when they were helping me. What I thought was a nice pair of glasses Stefan was honest and suggested trying on a few suggestions and my choice went from "these will do" to "I love them" for an opticians appointment it was actually quiet fun. Thank you all for your help :)

I?ve been with boots opticians for years. Unfortunately this shop almost made me avoid boots opticians. Staff are friendly but with limited knowledge, there seem to be only one person who knows things properly. I?ve been asked to make an appointment just to come to order prescription glasses(when I already have the prescription from the doctor). Whenever I turn up if the only one person is not on shift it?s useless. There are always many staff around but they can?t help cuz they don?t know basic stuff.Location is very convenient, the only thing why I pushed myself to try on and on again. I had to come 3-4times to get soemthing sorted. All the boots opticians I dealt with in the past were offering a better level of service

Shockingly ignorant staff. Marcy opticians. I?m new to glasses and expect a certain degree of education about lenses etc. you won?t get that here

Been rubbish since the lockdowns started and hasn't gotten any better with time. Cancelled appointments without explanation, nobody answers the phone at all some days, you can't make a new appointments even. I've been with Boots for years but I'll probably cancel at this stage.

Had an excellent test and consultation today in the boots Broadmead store. The initial exam was comfortable, professional and I really felt looked after. The optician was thorough and very concerned about my cataracts. Very friendly and the outcome I needed, which was a referral for cataract surgery. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything about various conditions. I will continue to use Boots as this experience was very reassuring and professional. Thank you.

Usually good service but having lost my specs on holiday trying to get an emergency appointment to replace was impossible. Bearing in mind this has been my branch for a decade. Not only do they never answer the phone, when I went in I was told that there was only two people there (both working on computers) and that the next appointment was November over 2 months ahead. Their only advise was go elsewhere. Disgraceful service, Boots should be embarrassed.

We had to wait for more than one month to get an appointment for an eye check, the glasses were ready quiet quickly (in about 7 working days) but realised that the frame was loose as soon as we got home. Had to return them.

went for my 2 year eye test and i had very good service and explanations by the optician but the rest of the service was shocking. I saw 5 different people ( 2 for the initial pre tests, optician and then 2 to get new glasses.). I was supposed to get a call back when my glasses had come in but ended up ringing to find out they were ready but no one had called.
