I came into this store to do a bit of Christmas shopping but the lack of heating and the chill from outside quickly led me to leave. The poor staff were covered head to toe in winter gear and still they were cold. I happened to look at a thermostat on my way out and saw that it was 2 degrees in the store! Surely that?s not legal working conditions.I won?t be shopping in here till this is sorted and I?ll be telling my friends to stay clear too.

I wanted to find out if a Prescription was ready because, despite ringing numerous times, Boots never answer the phone. Unfortunately the Prescription queue was so long and the shop so understaffed for a Saturday near Christmas that I gave up.

The heating definitely needs to be fixed! It's so cold in the winter months l! I'm surprised staff don't refuse to work in such poor conditions!

They desperately need to fix the heating in this store! I entered the store and left almost immediately. It felt as if it was colder inside than out, and outside it was zero! The poor staff in the cosmetics section close to the door are all in thick jackets, and woolly hats. It?s that cold! I couldn?t even tell who was working there as no uniform was visible. I won?t be returning until the heating is fixed. Is it even legal to work in those temperatures??

terrible service for customers who need the pharmacy. They never answer or are constantly engaged and they have the monopoly on new prescriptions prescribed by Consultant Physicians meaning that these prescriptions can only be collected from Broadmead pharmacy which is very difficult if you are a customer with disabilites/mobility issues and cannot travel across Bristol to collect

I was about to buy two CeraVe products when they were 3 for 2. Lesley spotted this at the till and intervened. She then came over from the till to the skincare section, discussed the options and then proceeded to refund the original transaction and re-charge getting me a free bottle where I would have missed out. I must say, I was rather taken aback - I didn't realise such good customer service still existed. Thank you Lesley!

She's amazing!This is not my first time to get good services from the Boots team. But she's Extra! Generous, made my wishes come true, and professional!Now I understand more about a normal service and service from counter brands, but she's in Boots!Service is better than some other brand counters. And sometimes I got ignore or racially.How lucky I am to meet her?!I am the person who once said i won't buy any more products from Dior ever again. Because of the pain of ordering Dior products online from Dior's official website and not getting the item and it took almost a month to get the money back. But because of this woman's excellent service, it was like opening up my world. I am willing to forgive and dare to buy Dior again. She's truly amazing. Dior's online employees should have the opportunity to receive training from her #DiorI hope all those employees will be nice, generous and amazing like her!!!P.S. Sadly... I was too happy with her services until I forgot to ask her name, but here I got her picture to proof!

Pharmacy doesn't deserve any stars, wait time ridiculous! 45mins in a queue, on last visit, use this for repeats, always long waits, but getting worse and worse.

I was collecting my son eye glasses todayThe reception young man not welcoming at all, very odd attitude. The lady that came afterwards was more welcoming but having to deal with him was awful experience

I went to Boots with my Mum to find make up for her wedding. We were served by Swati who colour matched and did a skin health test. She was really helpful and friendly and gave lots of advice on skin and makeup. My mum was really happy with her make up and recommendations

Looks like I'm not the only one to have problems with the security in this store. I literally went in to buy one thing, and my every move was watched by an officious bald man daubed in plastic neon. Finally, he came right up to me, which was extremely intimidating.I understand that you might get some undesirables in this area, but I'm a respectable 43-year-old man who's never stolen anything in his life. I don't deserve to be followed around by some jumped-up little fascist with a chip on his shoulder because he wasn't good enough for the police force.Will avoid in future, I suggest you do the same.
