Online prescription. Couldn't find my prescription and told me I needed to email the online doctor service. When I managed to locate the order id took another 10 minutes to locate. Was then told it would be 40 minutes to fill the prescription even though the box of pills was clearly there and just needed to put in bag. What should have taken 5 minutes took over half an hour. Also I couldnt hear anything the lady who served me was saying through the mask and plastic screen. Poor overall.

They do not answer the phone have been trying for 4 days, called Boots HO they do not care either. Script never ready even when ordered in advance time to change pharmacy's

This pharmacy has not answered the phone for days on end. I've tried going via Boots head office who apparently can't get through to them either. Another recent review suggests this is an ongoing problem. I need to chase a prescription for a major operation I'm having soon. Its serious. I wont ever use Boots for anything again, total disgrace of a company.

The pharmacy here really is poor in terms of their communication and overall service. I have been trying to call them for 3 days now, each time they are either \\\"on an another call\\\" or simple do not answer.\\n\\nI have ongoing medication that is on re-order every 6 weeks, however each time it gets to the point where I run out and they haven't contacted me to say that it's ready or even been prepared / requested.\\n\\nI think the \\\"we are in a pandemic\\\" line is wearing thin on many people these days, as it simple seems to be an excuse for poor customer service!

Avoid all boots pharmacies if Karen Morris is there she should either be sacked or retire! She looks at your prescription for about ten minutes and then boxes it up to unbox it and stare at it again which she will do several times, then will put it in and out of the paper bag about 6 times before giving it to you! This is after waiting an hour because there systems are down. They need better service! Shocking.

Biggest one I visited here in Bristol. Great location. There are two entrances, which is very convenient. You can find various skincare, haircare, bodycare, fragrances, accessories and make-up products here. Also, they offer some quick bites and drinks. You can pick up your online order here too.

Would be super to be able to talk to the pharmacy, but have rung multiple times and they just hang up. When you are ill this is not at all helpful.
