Food excellent. Knocked a star off as I asked for my pizza to take away and mentioned I would be eating it on the drive home. This was made impossible by the simple fact that it wasnt sliced. I'm all for not slicing pizza normally but my request was

Favourite restaurant in Bristol. I?m a student and it is great value for money. I?ve been there many many many times and it never disappoints. Would recommend the Arancini, meatballs (polpete) and Tagliata con Rucula. And any pizza is incredible. My favourite is the Emilia

Reliable. Have been coming here for nearly 7 years, and the food is always great.Nice spot for lunch, but definitely book for dinner and wear layers - it can get pretty hot.Fresh tiramisu - first piece from the tray. ?

Everything is perfect about this place! Fantastic pizza, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Definitely the best pizza in Bristol and a place to return.

My son and I were visiting Bristol for the weekend for an uni open day. I had read some very complimentary reviews for Bosco Pizzeria on Trip Advisor and we decided to pay a visit as we were staying near Victoria Square and were not disappointed. We arrived just before 9pm on a busy Friday night, but luckily managed to secure a table for two by the door. I ordered a Funghi and my son a Bosco-both delicious and excellent value for money. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and this is obviously a very popular restaurant in Clifton Downs. Luke was very attentive, friendly and welcoming-a genuinely nice guy! We will definitely return when we are next in Bristol.

Super impressed with this restaurant. The food is fantastic - all the starters, the pizzas are incredible and desserts are fun! Drinks are great too. The service was a touch slow probably due to being very busy on the Saturday evening but that didn?t take away from a well priced , great evening. Thanks

The atmosphere is very warm and nice. The place itself is very welcoming. We went on a Monday, for lunch, it wasn't the busiest day, or time, but service was quite slow. There was a lunch menu, as well the full menu available. The bruschetta bread was nice, but it was not toasted, so it tasted more like bread with tomatoes and garlic than a bruschetta. The pizza was baked in a wood fired pizza oven, and it looked very nice, it was however not as tasty as it looked, as there was too much parmisan on it that covered all the other flavours.Maybe it was just a one off. We also ordered as dessert some tiramisu that had a strong alcohol flavour, and zeppola, it was more like a fried dough with sugar, served with lemon curd and custard. Very nice.

I always think of going here when it?s pizza I want to eat. Interior is stylish, food is of a premium quality and the service we received today was excellent - warm, kind and genuine staff.Today two of us ate lunch in 30 minutes 2 pizzas, salad and drink for under £20 each. There isn?t many places I go to eat out but Bosco is one of them.

Very popular place open on a Monday when some local restaurants remain closed it gets quite busy. However, there is a range of seating from quiet nooks to bar stools in full view of the pizza ovens. We took pot luck by not booking and three seats were found within minutes. Excellent food, choise and preparation - the house merlot was great. Pricing was fair in these difficult times.Vegetarian options: My son who is vegan had a good choice as did my wife who has a gluten intolerance

I would definitely recommend and will be going back. The pizza was delicious, I went for one I wouldn?t usually go for and was not disappointed! I visited on a Monday, and it was buzzing! Pleasantly surprised by how busy it was for a Monday, which I?m guessing is a good sign!! I cannot fault the service.

12.5% service charge which is actually discretionary though this is not clear on the bill, it does state it?s discretionary however at the bottom of the menu. Why can?t the staff wages just be increased and hidden within overall cost? Genuine question.Amazing food and staff, service is quick, attentive, but not overly so. Great atmosphere and fairly priced for the fantastic standard of food.

Nice enough food and the lunch deal represents great value for money with the 2 courses for £14 or 3 courses for £17. Drinks are also very reasonable in price! The restaurant was very busy and it was only a Monday lunchtime!! Will definitely return and the kids loved it too!

I came in on a very busy Saturday night and asked if I could order takeaway - they were able to accommodate me with just 15 minutes wait and the pizza (as ever) was absolutely delicious. Great place.

Pizzas looked good but where just ok. Hoping it was an off night but both were very soggy in the middle. We were very pleased to see they were busy and doing well but with the acoustics in the restaurant it?s very loud and we were struggling to hear each other. Service was quick but felt rushed and impersonal.

One of my favourite pizzerias in Bristol. Deliciously charred crusts that add a slight depth of sweetness to the pizzas. Speaking of which, I recommend the Ventricina, with its savoury/sweet combo of salami, chilli oil and honey!
