What a tip, dirty disgusting restaurant, if the restaurant is a filthy disgusting area, what?s the kitchen like. Obviously the management team are useless and need sacking along with the staff , our visit today left us disappointed and thinking what have customers been served There is no excuses what so ever Burger King, you need to get it sorted ASAP

Visiting Bristol airport and last choice was BK! Staff was rude and food was cold! Asked to change drinks told too much hassle! Asked for sauce told over there rudely! 6 staff and all useless! Wasn?t even too busy

Overpriced lukewarm reheated burgers served in grubby surroundings by disinterested staff. Coke tasted like brown fizzy water. Ordering screen menu confusing and didn?t print receipt. Reported to two different staff, neither took any action. A disgrace to the franchise and the airport.

Burger King Felton/Bristol Airport Awful 852641999 30 minute queue for plastic food. Grossly overpriced too. Worst food experience of my 62 year life. Astonishingly bad. Insulting, actually. Staff could not care less either

I was at this restaurant whilst awaiting a flight to Iceland on 10th March last, for quickness we used the self service ordering facility and paid for the meals that we ordered - there was then an error which meant that the order was not transmitted despite me having already paid. I spoke to the lady who appeared to be in charge and showed her on my phone that I had been charged but she insisted that it would be cancelled and I would not be charged as she had not received the order at her terminal and I did not have a paper receipt. I was not happy with this but did not have time to argue as our flight was imminent so we ordered again. On returning to the UK I complained about this but was told that I would have to go back to the restaurant to claim a refund which obviouly is not an option as I live in Plymouth and the restaurant was air side in any event. I do not recommend using this fast food outlet at all they are a joke. The food was not that good either, I wish I could give them zero stars!

Absolutely shocking, overpriced, had to wait 20 mins for my 'fast food' to only find some food orders not gone through on terminal, way too busy to go back and try to reorder and worst of all, loads of people only given 1 burger when ordered a double, disgusting. Plenty of other food outlets to go to instead.

Perfectly cooked, but slow, a chicken royal only takes 3.15 minutes to cook and I waited 10 in a queue of just me. Love fresh fries though. Cheers

Expensive, £30 for 2 children's meals and 2 adult meals. Ordered a simple chicken burger and got a disgusting thing with dry chicken, bacon, cheese and no salad. Fries were cold. Better options available in the airport elsewhere.

Extremely overpriced airport branch, £8.49 for a standard whopper meal. Burger was OK, Chips were lukewarm. Free refills on soft drinks but they are flat so no thanks. Only used it as I needed to grab something quick on a business trip before my flight.
