Ordered a click and collect to the store it was very efficient. Of course I ended up buying some extras whilst in store as they do have a lot more options than is sold online.Store very clean and visually appealing.Staff couldn't do enough to help me.I travel from Yate just to use this branch. So thank you.

Went in on a Sunday for 2 x 8 balloons that I had forgotten to buy. Huge selection, Sarah was friendly and really helpful. Great staff, great store

Walked in, extreme heat in the shop. No air conditioning in store. Felt sorry the staff has to work under those conditions.Invest in air conditioning in this store!I would have given 5 stars for the great service I received from staff member adam, but the uncomfortable store overrides it Im afraid.
