Don?t buy online no customers services when they fail

The shelves are empty most of the time. Shortage of everything, like fresh bread during the day.

Almost always there is a shortage of most products. The rest remaining products are overpriced. Stuff is not very helpful. The space is not designed properly and people are just blocking each other.People (customers and stuff) are not wearing masks at all. Almost always no sanitiser at the from of the shop.Awful experience every single time - I'm visiting only if I really need.

Smaller convenience Coop, full of earnest looking students. Limited lines but ok for a dash in.

Excellent range of vegan options, 9nly downside is shelves are normally empty by about 9pm and it doesn't open til noon on a Sunday

This shop is a small local shop but it doesn?t open until 12pm on a Sunday which is pointless. Some of the staff are awesome and some are rude!

A small to medium coop that is near the uni so busy during term time. Convenient in the way home for a few items, parking available outside

Polite and attentive staff. Very good range of food. Feel safe when shopping there because of Covid mitigation measures.

A few members of staff have been quite abrupt and appeared rude on occasion. Not the quickest shop at opening a till if needed.

Waiting half hour at checkout, with only 1 menber of staff serving , in which she spend more time chatting to customers, then serving then, place has gone down , very bad service.....

The customer service is absolutely terrible.No-one is friendly or really want to help when you ask. They are more interested in talking amongst themselves or talking to friends that come into the shop..

Didn't feel safe in store, too many staff blocking aisles and not acting Covid-safe. When we asked for assistance it seemed like we were bothering the staff. Had to wait for ages at the self checkout tills for assistance.

4 years ago I had a ruptured disc, very painful, a couple of days ago this issue came back, I managed to get a prescription for pain killers (thank you doctor), I collected it and went to this branch to get some supplies, a kind shopper reached for a soup for me, as I toddled to the till, a staff member called Claire (hopefully I spelt the name right) asked if I she could help me, I actually said no (didn't want to be a burden, especially in this climate of covoid 19). She came over and helped anyway, scanned my items for me and then helped me across the road (where I live). What a treasure you are Claire! Thank you so much. Xxx?
