Prices are of course rising everywhere but it's getting a bit absurd at co-op now. Might as well go to Waitrose down the road and get something better for the same price.

This shop should not be open in the current situation. Impossible to keep 2m distancing and if by some miracle you manage it, you still have staff brushing past you, breaking the law, and when asked to keep distance was told "I can't as I have to do my job" NOT ACCEPTABLE if the shop is too small to be able to keep distancing rules, then it shouldn't be open.To be fair to Co op, this store has now been fully refurbished ?

Revamped coop - similar to other coops but there are more self service tills which are separate to the ones with an assistant - the self service ones some do take cash as well as cards and plenty of space

A very disappointing visit I'm afraid despite there being 3 staff on the shop floor there was only one person on the checkout who was also looking after the self-service Isle. Although I was only buying 3 items I cued as I wanted to buy stamps. The lovely lady who served me was full of apologies, the cue behind me was building further, when I was informed the Co-op no longer sold stamps of any class! I was tempted to ask the young male member of staff wearing a smart headset why and thought better of it, as he was fully engrossed in scanning something...

Seems to be permanently halfway through a refurbishment... Quite a cramped shop but still has all the essentials.
