Absolutely diabolical service. Don't answer the phone and when you have to go there it takes forever. Very very slow service and staff very rude. Worst chemist ever

Avoid if possible if this pharmacist was not attached to the health centre no one would use itI?m quite unwell and disabled with a terminal illness so I booked a flu jab appt with them as I couldn?t make the GP apptI arrived 10mins early and expected a wait because of this??..50mins later still waiting with no sign or evidence of being seen by anyoneA patient came in after me for a 3.00 appt and when he asked how long the wait was he was told you?re early and we?re behind take a seat they?ll see you when it?s convenientIf this is healthcare then it?s a huge failureSomeone needs to take this in hand and I will be escalating this as it is unacceptableI had to give a 1 star review, I had no choice, truth is I?d rather spend my time being seen than having this happenPathetic service and my last useUpdate?.Ive just received a parking ?fine? for £100 for being over time, adding insult to injuryIdeal chemist in Warmley are excellent if not too far to travel (they will also deliver if asked)

Painfully slow service ,I've never experienced anything like it my life,2 people in front of me just picking up prescriptions and I was there for nearly 40 minutes ? If I could I'd give less than 1 star I would.

Very rude stuff especially aggy. She moaned at me the way my tablets were dispensed and couldn?t be bothered to do them in separate boxes as the doctors told her to. One day I went in all I said to her was how long will I be waiting as I go in everyday and waiting up to a hour. She got annoyed at me and threw my prescription at me and told me I was band and to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Vulnerable customers stay away!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I've had to make multiple complaints to both the regional manager, and the general pharmaceutical council as the current pharmacist Agnieszka Gilewsks is an incredibly rude, incompetent and dangerously negligent pharmacist. I highly suggest you look for a different pharmacy, I've been told by multiple workers including other pharmacists, drs, keyworkers and other health professionals alongside other customers, that this pharmacist is well known for being difficult, rude, and generally lazy and negligent, and have received correspondence informing me she'll now be investigated as I honestly believe she's a manslaughter charge waiting to happen. Exactly the same issue as the last poster - trying to get a prescription fulfilled for over 2 weeks, assured on multiple occasions to come back the next day when it would be in stock, only to now be told their supplier has none and I will have to get another/alternative prescription from my GP. This is to treat a complication in pregnancy, i.e. potentially dangerous to miss a dose.This took 4 visits to the pharmacist and a further phone call to find out what the issue is. I now have to try and get an urgent GP appointment on a Friday, before I run out of the medication, and try and find a pharmacist who stocks this or an alternative before the weekend. Luckily I have spoken to someone at a nearby ASDA pharmacy who assured me they have them in stock and have sorted the problem for me in less than 5 minutes. The service at Well pharmacy is inept and incompetent. I will be changing my nominated pharmacy and have made a complaint.

This pharmacy, for the first time in my life, made me wish there was a negative score to give. They're not responsible, have been disappointed several times but this does it for me. I have been checking for a repeat medicine several times in person and on the phone (when they respond) and after several checks and about 3-4 weeks later I was told the supplier has stopped producing it and to talk to my GP for an alternative, which should have been obvious if they have communicated with the supplier the first time. They need to wake up and realise they're selling medicines that people rely on to get better

They pretended not to speak English when I asked about my script cause they took too long and I was getting impatient, then banned me due to ?being intimidating? as I asked them for a complaint form and they refused straight up. I asked a lady to get one for me and apparently that was means to band me and send me to a pharmacy twice as far away when I?m in withdrawls daily. Dr kerfoot you should be ashamed of yourself and if I could?ve recorded the way you spoke to me and shown it to someone higher you would?ve lost your job.

I stood waiting to be seen for nearly 15 minutes while 3 staff chatting about general work, but ignored me. I wasn't even given a 'sorry be with you in a minute'. 4 other customers joined a queue behind me. Eventually I was asked by the pharmacist what I needed and upon handing over the collect receipt for medication I was told would be in 5 days ago, was told they're coming in tomorrow! Staff here really need some customer service training!
