Costa coffee is the same all across the UK. The difference sometimes is customer service and my visit yesterday was definitely 5 stars.

I was there yesterday having a mocha coffee I was sick all night I have very bad stomach pain and also I been vomiting many times . Something definitely went wrong

I enjoy Costa coffee as a whole but this specific branch always and I mean always spend more time talking to each other and then somehow lose my order almost every single time. They also will just go on break and leave whatever poor soul is not on break to just handle any customer rush. Only go here if you have an hour to wait for a single coffee because you will need it.

It used to be a nice coffee shop, but the experience today was shocked! The staff there was so rude. I went there at 09:03 which their opening time today is 09:00. A staff outside told me they need 2~3 minutes to start serving clients, so I thought I could wait in there, but I just went inside the shop, a lady in the reception shouted at me loudly saying ?we are not open!? What a day!

Kaitlyn who served us on the 18th November went above her job description. I had unfortunately forgot to charge my phone the night earlier when I had arranged to meet my friend in Bristol. I had also forgot my charger (not very organised). I asked Kaitlyn if she had a charger and cable that I could borrow while drinking our lovely coffees. Within 5 minutes she came back with both. I am so grateful with everything that she did because my eticket for the train was on my phone. I just want to say thank you for everything!!
