Hot chocolate was very small and the serving staff were not friendly on this occasion. Disappointing. Has been better in the past.

Good Costa Coffee where the staff always do their best despite being understaffed at times. Good vibe from the staff and good drinks well made to standards.

Sadly there is never enough staff. They are worked like dogs.Nice coffee shop. A quiet place to relax.
