They are still one of the only chains that don't allow dogs. Its discriminatory, and they just make up reasons to justify excluding them. What is it with us humans? We've always got to exclude someone or something and say they're "less than".

Sensational, just sensational!! It was busy as, but we still got through really quick, monster order, with a "Karen Latte"? it was perfect. The Lemon Blueberry Ripple is probably the best sponge I've ever had. You guys rock ??????????

Unfortunately unprofessional service in this occasion.Used to come here everyday. Was previously fantastic.Possibly poor management in placeDirtyOnly offering takeaway cups during the last hour despite sitting in.Unfriendly staff with poor attitude and customer service skills.

I came to Costa st. Philips and was very disappointed with the costumer service. I was served in take away cup one hour prior to closing because they couldn't be bother to wash them in the end. My guest wasn't impressed, one of the staff member didn't listen to how I wanted my hot chocolate. Rude and poor hygiene. Sad really!!!!

I've just been into costa and the two lads in charge of serving and making the drinks were super friendly, helpful and fast with getting peoples orders taken and distributed. I will definitely be going back.

Just had a tea and sarnie at this location. Spent about 30mins there. Drinks, food and atmosphere all as to expected.I was served by Tom. His customer service, attitude and enthusiasm are excellent. Hopefully Costa are aware of just how far his performance exceeds the vast majority of his colleagues in any other branch I?ve visited.Well done and many thanks Tom
