The venue was quiet and 3 members of staff on duty. Several tables remained uncleaned for the entire length of our visit and whilst there were empty tables we struggled to find a clean one. I then witnessed a couple sitting down at a dirty table where the staff member cleared away the dirty cups but made no effort whatsoever to sanitise the table. The clear complacency of the team about covid was evident and left me with no confidence that sanitising protocols were being followed.

Very busy coffee shop. Very good coffee and friendly staff. Would have to add that toilets could do with more regular checking as they were messy. But overall a good place for a short stop during shopping.

Enjoyed the cappuccino but bought a croissant to go with it, never asked me if I wanted it warm or jam or butter. Gave it on a plate cold?? I would like to have been asked and given a choice.

I much prefer this Costa branch too the branch in Bradley Stoke. Nothing wrong with the coffee there, it's the feel of the place. It's so dark.\\nWhereas this branch in Filton feels light and airy. Weird I know, but that's how I feel.\\nGreat coffee, thanks.

I visited the store on Thursday morning with my 2 year old and my baby. The moment I walked through the door and joined the queue a really kind young man came up and asked me if I wanted him to reserve a table for me with a high chair.\\n\\nAfter I ordered my food the lady behind the counter kindly carried my tray to my table for me.\\n\\nThis was my 1st visit to a coffee shop with my 2 year old and 5 month old by myself and I was a bit nervous about all the little logistics of how it would all play out but the kind gestures from the staff making my life so much easier without me even having to ask really made an impact and made the experience so much nicer for me!\\n\\nI wish I had taken the name of the man to thank him for being so thoughtful, I got the impressing he might be the supervisor or manager.\\n\\nI will certainly be returning with the kids for a lovely trip out again soon!

Friendly and happy staff but that's lost when one person of 4 is making the coffees. Says it all when the 'waiting for drinks' queue is longer than new customers queue. Not great!
