“A busy petrol station. Vehicles coming and going non stop. Inside, a nice little store, with chilled and frozen foods. A mixture of drinks, breads, vegetables and confectionery. The Costa coffee machine had a constant que. Here, you pay the cashier to get your cup and wait for your turn. Hot snacks being cooked by a very busy lady. Bacon, sausage baps, with or without eggs, spicy raps and more. Oh, you can also get your national lottery tickets and scratch cards too.”

“Like some of the other reviews I have read here. I have also been sent a notice for parking here too long, simply because the queue to the car wash took more than 45 minutes. When I contacted them and let them know they, got the charge cancelled very quickly, and they say they have changed their policy to prevent it from happening to anyone else... so I've gone up from one star to four... which seems fair.”

“A few weeks ago, I was cycling back from Bristol to Keynsham via the cycleway. It was after 10pm so I had to switch on my lights - unfortunately my front light completely failed while approaching Fishponds.There is no lighting along parts of the cycle path around Warmley and Mangotsfield and would've been impossible to cycle without a front light.I pulled in to the petrol station at Morrisons and asked if there was anything they could do to help. The staff were absolutely brilliant! While they didn't have any lights for sale, they were able to find a decent compact torch for me at a different store location and got someone to bring it over. The station Manager gave me some tape and I was able to fasten it to my handlebar stem. It did the job well and got me home in one piece.I am extremely grateful to those members of staff there that night. Without them I have no idea how I might have got home!”

“Popped in late afternoon for fuel and decided to get something to eat then shop.Young cheery and friendly girl was cleaning the refreshment area. Made a brilliant job. I thanked her for doing so.Purchased more than we anticipated as hubby wanted to try Costco meats versa supermarket ones.We were served with friendly smiles by Theo who helped load our shopping to be scanned. Courtney was polite and welcoming, also wearing a large friendly smile. These guys are a credit to Costco. They are exemplary workers who deserve recognition and a raise in our eyes.Thank you for, we had just spent several hours in hospital having tests. These two made us feel a lot brighter!”
