I came in with my partner in August, having found a wedding ring in your Cribbs Causeway store that I couldnt stop thinking about back in April.I saw the ring had disappeared online and was worried it had been discontinued, so I wanted to pop in to see if it was still available in store.I told your colleague Lexi about the ring and she searched the store to find it, then tracked down the last one in my size which she ordered in for me from head office.The delivery was fast and confirmed by a ohone call by the store. I felt Lexi had a genuine interest in helping with our query and making our wedding day perfect, not just trying to sell us a ring. Her professionalism and down to earth nature made it truly special, topped off with a glass of fizz to celebrate. I cannot thank her enough.

Very nice store with great customer service from the entire team! I was served by Will and he was friendly and helpful. I am enjoying the Seamaster I purchased and hope to visit Will and the team again soon when my requested timepiece (OP41) becomes available. 10/10 :)

We visited Goldsmiths Bristol on 4th June with the intention of finding a wedding band for my fiancé. The new store is beautifully laid out and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered drinks from their bar! We received excellent customer service from Will who showed us lots of different options for men in platinum and built up a rapport with us along the way. This resulted in me (who'd already got a wedding band elsewhere, but had a terrible experience getting this) then looking for myself - whilst doing this, Will offered to get my engagement ring cleaned. We both ended up falling in love with wedding rings and Will went through the process of ordering making sure we could take advantage of finance and their platinum offer. We arranged an appointment a couple of weeks later when both rings had arrived to store and were greeted by George who took us through all of the paperwork, kept us refreshed and also spent some time discussing potential future watch purchases - another pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back in the future based on customer service alone - hands down the best experience we've had at a jewellers in Bristol and we browse all regularly! We really wanted to take the time to praise the two individuals named for making this experience so special.

Goldsmith in Cabot Circus Bristol is one of the nicest showrooms. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. They always make me feel welcome and never push me or rush me to purchase anything. I can go in anytime and just try on any watches i like. I have purchased two watches from them and hopefully will do more business with them in the future.

Recently (January - sorry for the review delay!) purchased a Rolex OP41 from Bristol Cabot Circus. I had a phonecall a few days before and the lovely staff were very helpful and patient waiting for me to get permission to purchase from my wife! Once in store, Michael (I'm terrible with names, so apologies if I'm mistaken!) was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was happy for my whole family to attend (there were quite a few of us!) and was a pleasure to interact with - he was even happy to show me his beautiful Grand Seiko! Having had poor experiences with my immediate AD, I really appreciated the team's professionalism and kind and courteous manner and look forward to purchasing more beautiful timepieces from them in the future. Walked past this shop when I was about 16 and the guy invited me in to try out some watches. I explained I have nowhere near enough money to buy one but he said nonsense come and try a few anyway. 10 years later I visited again and bought an Omega for this reason. Nicole and all the staff I spoke to were extremely polite, friendly and professional. You can tell they all genuinely love watches and do not give off snooty vibes like some places. Will be coming back for another soon enough.

Excellent experience at the Cabot Circus Bristol store. Initially bought a watch and was very well looked after by Richard, who has always been very polite, showed knowledge and a genuine interest. Popped back in to register my interest in some other watches, and have dealt with Michael, Will and Richard - they have always been friendly, helpful and showed patience. Thank you very much.

They are really helpful in there, I broke my omega link and couldn?t find pin anywhere, I can?t remember her name but there was a very pretty tall blonde girl who sorted my watch and didn?t charge me anything. I think their customer service is very good and they had a very good range of watches and jewellery. I didn?t even buy my omega from them but they sorted it out!!!!

Absolutely pointless advertising yourself on line as a Rolex retailer if you won't actually sell a Rolex to anyone. I'm considering reporting their Google status (based on fraudulent claim) to see if it should just say "jewellers "). I tried on some lovely Omegas so perhaps "official Omega retailers"? ?

Dont even deserve 1 star, very judgmental and stereotype staff, not blaming the shop itself obviously they have some great collection of jewellery & watches and are one of top chain shops on high street, however this particular branch of cabot circus had a very weirdly rude staff, in such cold days of winter told me to remove my hat as soon as i entered the shop (saying its for security reasons) seriously! how childish, simply told the guy *no i won't remove my hat just because its their company policy* (lols how pathetic & foolish), wanted to buy this particular timepiece tissot Prs 516, anyways after this kind of unprofessional behaviour, decided to buy online and found a great deal in U.S probably get a bit longer to arrive but thats ok.You need to be POLITE, POSITIVE & PROFESSIONAL with customers, plus adequate knowledge of your field which this branch staff was lacking.Wearing a fancy suit is not enough, you need to be more understanding, friendly within professional limits and caring towards customers, if you can't do that then please get proper training of *Etiquettes* for working in customer oriented professional envoirnment.Kind regardsImran
