Kindest and most helpful team award needs to go to Halfords, Filton. They were extremely accommodating to me today, despite me missing my 8am appointment (poorly baby), they invited me in this afternoon, helped me by removing a sticker from the windscreen, booked in my MOT, repaired the tyre and drove the car back into the workshop so I didn?t need to take the baby out in the rain. I am so grateful and impressed by the team. Thank you.

I?ve booked my tyre for change at 16.00 so I was there on time and the stuff at reception has said will take 1 hour and will call when it?s done . It?s been one and half hour and no one has has called me then I walk back see my car was ready and the stuff at reception very rude and useless . Definitely not recommended. Disappointing service.

Needed a flat tyre to be mended. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours after I dropped it off. They were very efficient.

Paid £250 for a service and MOT. Later on checked the various things they should have serviced. Large number of things they never even did, to the point where damage was caused by components not being serviced, even though I paid for it.Dishonest - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Not the only Halfords Autocentre I have had a terrible experience with. Also, they have purchased National Tyres and Autocare. I've also experienced lying and bad service from this company, taking months to get a refund.Avoid both of these companies, there are lots of others to choose from.They have recently changed to work on commission.

Tim fitted me in same day to check out an urgent fault on my car, and advised on a temporary fix until I could book it into a garage more local to me (as he didn't have any appointments for three weeks) - my dealership would have charged me £150 just for investigating the problem, which they couldn't do for three weeks. Really quick, friendly and professional- thank you! I will come back next time I have an issue with my car

Big thank you to the team at Halfords Filton today for a very prompt service and MOT and great customer service. Having used another company previously for my car I was expecting a very long wait in the heat for my car to be ready for collection. It was very much appreciated what with being pregnant and unable to get a lift home that they were incredibly efficient and helpful and the car was ready in no time. Thanks again.
