Really lovely helpful staff. Lady with guy hair hair and gut with hay-fever ( rubbish description I know)\\n\\nIt was 5 mi uses before closing but they helped me order a new card and change money for my carboot.\\n\\nAnd I didn't feel rushed!\\n\\nThank you!

Very unhelpful. Went into this branch to get my ID certified for my solicitor. Was told by an employee who claimed to have worked there for 20 years that it isn?t a service they provided unless for a ?Halifax product?. Although I have had this service provided by Halifax in the past for the exact same reason she was adamant that she can?t do it. Instead drove into the city centre for the next closest Halifax, and my ID was certified immediately, even printed my statement and scanned my passport for me. If it wasn?t for the professionalism of the city centre branch I would consider changing banks. Halifax Kingswood, it?s really not a people thing. Very disappointing.

Love it ! Ive worked here for over 25yrs and hve always considered it the Best one in Bristol. We have the best Custs too who hve been loyal to us for yrs and yrs. Great shopping Ctre to be a part of as well. Its all excellant. ð???
