I went to kwik fit fishponds early Saturday morning with a nail in my new budget tyre purchased 3 weeks prior for £44.95. The nail was placed central of the tyre. The chap came out and looked at it and said I would need a new tyre as it has slit the tyre but this was not true. It was a nail that had pierced through with a single small hole mid area of the tyre. Anyway, I asked if he had any budgets and whilst he went away to check I had another look at the tyre and it seems like the nail had gone through straight and seemed a straight forward repair so therefore I was sceptical I needed a new tyre. Regardless the chap came back to say they only had this tyre size for £140 (what a surprise) at which point I told him I would leave it and went to ETB Auto (Brittania Tyres) a few 100 yards up the road who did the Puncture repair for £25.I told them what the chap at kwik fit said and they laughed and said it was 100% repairable. Sorry to say but it seems Kwik Fit fishponds couldn't be bothered with the repair. Taking a tyre off, doing the repair and putting it back on for £25 doesn't sound as lucrative or as easy as taking one off and just putting another on for £140 in their eyes. Only the words laziness and dishonesty come to mind. Don't go here.... big thumbs down.

I wanted to have my brakes replaced plus two new front tyres. As I pulled up three more cars were behind me . Then an African lady with l plates parked her car in the gangway blocking traffic in and out. But instead of telling her to move when she came into reception he told me to move while I was waiting. Needless to say I did move and didn?t come back. Poor customer service.

Staff drive customers cars like they?re rally drivers they don?t treat the cars with the respect they should and 1 member of staff in particular is a vile and rude person and they gave me a quote of &65 for a tyre when the most expensive place elsewhere was £40 and the best priced place was £30

The tyres were expensive but the call handler helped me choose tyres which fitted my car?s spec, and ordered them in for me. Was also good that I got a next-day appointment.

Booked an MOT here, they called the evening before to cancel it and it got rescheduled for 6 days later. After failing it's MOT, I booked the retest. Again, the day before my retest they called to say it was cancelled and there wasn't any availability until next month. Staff, when there, however were friendly and helpful.
