A long wait to do a simple transfer that is no longer available at the counter. This took 5 minutes at the local branch which is now closed. Customer rights and services seem secondary to their flashy refurbishments

Staff was not good at all i don't know why i just did a little mistak and he was laughing on kee like i did some thing horrible mistak it was so rude and pathetic to mee he was playing with my brp while opening my account.

0 star for the male employees with moustaches working near the deposit machines. As I was depositing cash, he rudely came over and disrupted my process and asked me to go to the front desk to make a new deposit. Please note that at the time I was about to complete my deposit, his rude behaviour disrupted all plans and caused me serious delays, I will be making a serious complaint to Lloyds Bank about this incident and this employee is totally unprofessional!

Very rude staff. I cancelled my weekend plan just to open an account and went on a saturday to the bank. I asked to an asian woman who was working there that whom I?m supposed to meet to open a bank account and she responded very rudely that I need an appointment to come inside the bank and without appointment I can?t be inside the bank. I was too polite and she was so rude and said it in a way that she wanted me to leave the bank immediately. I went out and went to hsbc (which was just opp to lloyds) where the staffs were polite and it took just 15 mins to open a new bank account after me submitting all the docs. Banks are run for people. So staffs better be polite and try to be helpful to people who come!

0 stars to the to lady who served me, I was greeted with an extremely rude, abrupt young lady (Hand Tattoos and multiple piercings) at the cashier desk, who had no patience whatsoever. Her attitude clearly made it obvious she doesn?t want to be there.Her attitude always makes it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience at Lloyd?s bank Cabot Circus. I?m hoping to never be served by her again.

Exparts Friendly, efficient and very helpful!Went to Lloyds to open a bank account with my BRP, as I moved to Bristol from Germany recently. This was the 5th bank I visited in the Bristol city, where all other banks (Barclays, Metro, TSB,HSBC-asked for a letter with wet signature including my address.) demanded a proof of address to open a bank account. I cannot have it as most landlords also asked for a UK bank statement.Lloyds satisfied with my BRP, and opened a bank account for me. Less hassle, I walked in without an appointment. Highly appreciate their support.Highly recommend Lloyds bank to foreigners!

Changed my address ONLINE as the banks encourage us to do and ordered annual statement to my new address. Guess what? They've sent it to my old address where landlord opens previus tennets posts, I know becouse he done that with other tennant post in front of me.When i asked in bank to check when and where they've send it they said they dont keep record of this.... its ridiculous how zero fcks bank can give. I. Moving my useless lloyds account to another bank. Shame on you lloyds

So I switched account from natwest on the 26/10/22 I received my card in the post with no online banking or pin along with it after popping into the Cabot circus branch in Bristol I watched John the Cabot circus branch manager speak in a disgusting manner to a young black women in front of me who was asking about appointment timesI then explained to John the situation and after speaking to me very rudely with absolutely no understanding or empathy for the fact that the bank he represented had sent out a bank card with no pin or online banking details essentially forcing me to come in branch eventually I was so frustrated with John's attitude and the way he was talking to me that I bluntly asked him if he thought this was acceptable to which he responded I could either deal with it or move bank and then proceeded to tell if I spoke to him again in this manner he would close my accountIn all my years banking I have never had an interaction like this it was completely unexplainableI closed the account the same dayAnd will never bank with loyds againAs a Person of colour I can only advise that if you are a fellow person of colour that you bank elsewhere as this had a very racist tone feel to it although I can not be sure it was only people of colour John spoke to disrespectfully and aggressively to in the time I was there he did not speak to 1 Caucasian person in the same manner.

Just relocated to Bristol, got an electronically signed letter from employer as proof of my address to open a bank account. Two employees at Triangle Lloyd's bank said my document was fine, I only had to print it. To be sure I visited the Broadmead branch and the front door person confirmed it would have been enough. When I had to open the account I was told that the document was absolutely fine, but it could not have been accepted because it should have been signed by pen. So I was given another appointment the next morning. Being Friday afternoon I had to rush to get my letter signed. The following morning I was told that my printed document signed by pen was not acceptable because of the start date of my job. I will avoid any comment, facts speak for themselves...
