I'm under the belief they have no shop floor cleaners as I witnessed a manager asking customers to clear there own trays up I've never been to a restaurant in my life were customers were asked to clean there own stuff I'm glad I'm taking away otherwise I would purposely dirty this restaurant and then lecture them because I'm nasty like that

27/12/23 - Since when do you mix drinks with food in the same bag for delivery, and not double lid the drinks. To have it delivered and all the drinks have spilled all over the food. Half filled chips which seems to be the norm when ordering for delivery - Doesn't look anything like the QRG booklet. When you complain to the franchised store they are rude and will not replace the order and say take it up with Uber. Nothing to do with Uber your staff are incompetent like Alex and the very rude female shift manager, £74 order in the bin, disgusting service, Scott (BM) and Mike (Franchisee) need to get their act together and address your staff's customer service skills because at the moment they are dreadful.As a sub-contractor for McDonald's I'm absolutely ashamed to be associated with this company.

It's McDonald's, so it isn't ever going to be a gourmet option. We usually get takeaway but on this occasion we'd had a late day and were near the store. It was so much nicer having fresh fries and burgers - definitely better when it's hot from the fryers and not travelling to your home. Also, the staff came and checked our order over and brought more condiments etc. We often have sauces, or items missing on online orders, so having that level of customer care was noticeable.

Drive Thru mobile app order. As usual, rushing everyone out of the drive thru to get their stats up. Clogged up car park but their stats look good. Terrible service from the management.

Did not receive my order I received a total different person order I don?t understand how you could get it wrong especially when your not as busy in the evenings.The next day my boyfriend went to go through the drive thru ask for a big cheesy and got a big cheesy with bacon and he told them to make sure there is no bacon in it as I don?t eat bacon this is unacceptable and I don?t understand how you can keep getting orders wrong

26/11/23 about 2pm. Whoever was making the filet o fish at this time needs commending. It was perfect. Usually the bun is flatter, the patty less crispy and the construction haphazard. This one was perfect. Well done. That?s how they are supposed to be made.

McDonald?s used to be fast food. The new system with computers and incompetent workers makes a mockery of what McDonald's used to be about - fast food. Now it takes at least 20 minutes from order to receipt for cold, expensive food.

Did the drive through, so usual McDonald?s experience.One thing though. I paid for a meal, but didn't get my fries! Customer Services haven't been much good, they didn't even offer to reimburse me! ?

Cold fries, burger in box sideways and when I complained the staff talked to me like I was an idiot, fast food not fast and not hot, didn't trust staff to make me a burger without some type of revenge so got a refund and left... shocking way to treat a customer when you have not fulfilled your part of the service by selling me hot food served in a timely fashion.

Overall a good experience The only downfall is the staff, they are all young and don't care, i.e smoking at front door, shouting abuse at each other while customers are

Slowest service Ive ever experienced in a McDonalds. My meal came without the fries I ordered but service was so slow I didnt bother to complain.....it was particularly busy for eating in but they obviously also had home delivery and drive through orders to complete.

Incredibly rude staff member at front of kitchen, had glasses and bagging orders. She groaned loudly when a customer asked to alter a burger. Kiosk didn't print a receipt so when she called the number there was no response. My boyfriend asked what food was in the order in case it was his, she then complained in front of us to another staff saying "they're all stood right there what am I supposed to do!". No one was mad at her? Horrible attitude and clearly hates her job so cant be surprised by the service I suppose. Tall staff member with partly pink hair was lovely and I wish they couldve sorted our order out

Service was slow, even though it wasn't busy. They didn't put milk in for the cup of tea that was part of our order.

Service is slow primarily because of Uber eats/deliveroo orders and I?m unsure as to why the soft drinks are almost always flat and without ice??
