Wouldn’t give refund on a jacket that the owner pushed me into buying. I would have bought a different style but wasn’t interested in helping. Very poor customer service. Extremely pushy!!!

The owner knows his stuff and shop has nice outdoor wear but he was quite rude. I lost count of number of times he told me it is “a specialist shop”. Without asking my budget for a coat he told me that a Belstaff “was not in my price range”! When I asked about gloves he said he had them but they were still boxed... read full comment
