I was waiting for food over 30 minutes and I was the second customer from the opening after over 30 minutes I have asked where is the food they realised the the order didn't went through and after that I was waiting another 10 minuts very cold inside no heating on .Was quite frustrated to see all the people come after me and my wife they got the food and us not even the drinks.

I went to the counter to make an order, the male waiter was sooo HORRIBLE, he kept murmuring / grumbling under his voice.... I didnt want to cause a scene so I went back to my table to tell my partner, when the order came he got it WRONG as expected because he just wasn't qualified to work in hospitality. I would have not bothered putting in a complain but this is more than 12hrs later and I'm still upset meaning it really hurt me. That man needs to be taken out of hospitality so he doesn't keep spoiling people's moments....

Left my wallet in here last night after sharing a bottle of wine alongside a delicious meal. Noticed the next morning and a very kind member of staff Mike checked and it was safely stowed away in the safe! Picked it up today with all cash and cards inside. Warning - the Sauvignon is max strength but the staff are lush!

Didn?t even get to eat here. Didn?t see the queue on the other side of the path and asked for a table. Young guy told us ?there?s a queue bruv?. Very rude

Great place to eat meat. Their grill is delicious. The gentleman is busy with the machine and had no time to serve me, the young lady came very quickly.

Me and my friends went to Cabot Circus Nandos on 15th January at 9:40 pm. I have been a regular customer at this Nandos for almost 2 years but never had to face such situation. My chilli was expiring yesterday so I took my friends for dinner. But when we reached there at 9:40 we were informed that we can only order takeaway. So, we tried to convince to dine in, as I?ve dined in this restaurant while coming in at 10 pm before. There were other customers still dining while we went in yesterday. While having a talk with a front of house staff, the manager came in telling us, we have two options, Either we order takeaway or leave. It was really insulting, unprofessional and unusual from a place like Nandos to treat customers like this. I couldn?t redeem my Chilli and hence it has been wasted. Seems like being a loyal customer has no value.

Today around 9:40PM, me and my friends went to Nandos which is in Cabot Circus, Bristol. I am one of the regulars customer of Nandos and I swear I never encountered such a RUDE manager. First, one of their staff came and told us that only takeaway is available at this hour. Whereas it?s mentioned in Nandos website that last order at 10PM and it doesn?t state if it?s dine in or takeaway. The staff who was explaining the situation was nice and friendly to us. Later on, a girl manager of that branch came to us and said ? HEY GUYS LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR, ITS TAKEWAY OR JUST LEAVE?. She literally told that on our face in front of everyone including other customers. We were so shocked with her behaviour. Like that?s not how you treat your customers. You can?t just ask them to leave whereas we weren?t creating any trouble. This was a horrible experience for me and my friends and I am never going to that branch anymore!

This shop always stops taking order earlier than usual time . The manager is also very rude.Doesn?t have the manner to talk with customer. I had such a bad experience today. I haven?t seen any manager that much rude.

I go to the Cabot Circus outlet most of the times, but I?ve never seen any manager THIS MUCH RUDE. The girl was wearing a ? red and black north face jacket ? blonde. We went there at 9:40pm and one of the staff came to us and told us that only takeaway is available at this hour. I later told him that it says order till 10pm? He further said takeaway only ( The staff was nice and friendly ) later on the GIRL MANAGER came to us and said ? HEY GUYS LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR ITS TAKEAWAY OR JUST LEAVE ?. We were just shocked that what kind of hospitality is this? That?s how you serve customers? You ask them to leave? So we go to the finest restaurants for this kind of disgusting behaviour from managers? UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE MANAGER. NEVER GOING BACK TO NANDOS CABOT CIRCUS BRANCH.

Nando's consistently delivers excellence, making it a favorite dining spot. Last night, despite a slight delay in food service, Chris, presumably the manager, exhibited exceptional customer care. We went on a saturday evening at around 6.30. It was quite busy and there was a little bit of a wait to get a seat but that was totally understandable as it was a saturday evening. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The food did take a little while to arrive but once it did it was very much worth it! I have eaten at this restaurant several times and it always lives up to my expectations! 10/10
