Went in there to use the machine as it saves so much time not having to wait in the queue to be served. Both machines don?t work. Wait 20 mins for the guy in front to have his issue resolved as his cash had been eaten by the machine and not accounted. Not my first bad experience here. They need to have the machines working or have more cashiers available. Ridiculously long wait for what should taken me a minute.

Arrived at 2:50pm to be refused entry due to closing at 3pm and there were already customers in a queue. Poor service and limited NatWest branches now.

If you want to do small job like deposit your money get day off and go to bank!! Waiting time sometimes more than one hour. Very slow customer service.

Staff are super friendly and helpful but there is only three counters for what seems like a very busy branch. Also their computer systems seem to crash a lot. Cash, cheque and coin deposit machines available. They have a coin counter machine that gives you a paper receipt that you have to get in the queue with. You can make appointments and pre order change bags online to speed things up.

The opening times on this advert are wrong, the bank closes weekdays at 4.30PM.

Long queues. Not enough counters. However staff is very friendly and they do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and help you out. They have self service machines for depositing cash and do daily banking however not very private. It is very small inside. I have seen people queuing outside the bank some times. But as I say it is not the fault of the staff but bank policy to cut the staff and customers have to suffer

Another Natwest another half hour queue to see anyone. I also donâ??t understand these opening hours. Anyone with a 9-5 job is restricted to visiting on Saturday morning. So for the vast majority of working people, you either donâ??t go to the bank or you waste your weekend waiting at the bank.

Be prepared to wait somtimes up to an hour!! Long wait due to other local branch closures or so i was told, but staff are nice and friendly enough once you eventually get served
