Bought the samsung watch 3 as I saw the offer on the app, had to ask for the manager to show him as the young member of the staff didn't or couldn't approve. Then the young man set it up, I was told by both of them that for the watch to work properly I'll need to have an updated phone, I thought I'll give the watch a try first and in effect remote calls didn't worked also disappointed that google pay didn't worked. Went back to the shop and explained that if the watch does not work remotely I will give it back so I asked if I upgrade the phone will the watch \\\"remote calls\\\" will work? They assured me that the watch will definitely work, then I upgrade to a samsung a52! And guess what.....same young man set it up and keep guessing....the watch still not receiving calls away from phone!! whole point and feature of the data plan! I'm very close to give everything back!! One more thing is I check with samsung they told me to check with service provider. Saw on their website only re and Vodafone are the main providers and mentioned maybe o2 is new? Did check this also at the shop the ladie when I was greeted smile in disbelief.

Having previously worked in an O2 store before coming into here gave me a headache. It was busy and the staff were flapping about like it was the apocalypse.. Only went in for a phone case. Delegate your staff better during busy times having three staff. Members crowd around one elderly customer is mental and clearly left you short to serve other customers.
And the fact that a staff member stopped upgrading someone to just put through my phone case baffled me.
I avoid this shop like the plague visit the clifton down store much better staff in there.

Told wait was 20 minutes and have been waiting 45+ so long in fact the store will most likely close before my phone upgrade happens. Customer service is just terrible.

Poor customer service went in to ask for an accessory and the rep had already said no you didn't have any had to rely on another member of staff to tell them that there were wrong and the accessories I was looking for were out back.
I would highly advise avoiding this store.

Very helpful staff plus high qualification for the customers plus always smiling and support with problems. If customers need information about offering products staff always gives all information what they have. Only problem is with Customer Service If you must called and they never have time if you call from you privately phone but if you go to the branch then the answer is always: " Can you wait 5 to 7 working days. "

On Monday l got a new contract with these people, I picked up the new Sony Xperia because it came with a voucher for the Sony ear buds and I was promised a good tariff. When I got home it became clear that it was impossible to claim the ear buds, and to top that had a massive £80 air time Bill. I'm returning the phone first thing tomorrow after having no joy from an o2 robot pretending to be customer services. Of course I've heard nothing back. Last time I stay loyal. I returned my phone to these people and cancelled my contract . I now have no phone, no contract, and I am about to lose my number. Contacted their customers services, and was told I would never get another phone contract because they were going to black list my credit rating, if I didn't pay the amount they were trying to defraud me of. Deal with these people at your own risk
