Just one star as my experience wasn't so nice. I need to mention that my feet are bit difficult and can't wear any type of shoes. I saw one day a pair of timberland I was so in love with them the colour everything. My husband thought to buy them for me as a gift. Not a good idea. As I was much in love with them when I saw them in my feet and so disappointed I couldn't walk with them. So we went back to exchange them as they wore on sale so no money back. ?. I try few and the pair I like I ask 2 sizes. One size on sale for £85 the other for £75??????. I also choose one pair for my daughter. Went to pay the difference on my pair said £75 but they ask £85 and I show the tag the. man was verry confused and ask his colleague which she say oh no yes is £75 with such an attitude. Bit strange for me but never mind. Just BE AWERE

I called searching for 2 pairs of shoes in the relevant sizes and had the pleasure to talk to Connor. I personally find great customer service rare and just want to say Connor was the best of the best, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to as well. Thanks for your help!!!

Disappointing management, rigid returning policy, but nice staff
I had lots of trouble caused by not being advised about their surprisingly rigid policy on returning an item on sale (not even a gift card, exchange only). When I tried to ask for their understanding and help, to solve my issue regarding the return, there was no willingness at all from the management trying to find a solution (at least a gift card) and keep their customer happy. ('The policy is clearly shown on the back of the receipt' Yes, sure. But when you get it? AFTER purchasing.)
But later, when I got back to give another try, one of the staff was really kind, helpful and trying to help me as much as possible (although without the management's decision there is nothing he could do apart from providing a good service).
On the top of this bad shopping experience, the Liquidproof is packed in a triple sized box, misleading the customers of the size of the content. (50ml for £10... letâ??s hope at least work).
