The main pharmacist is brilliant and always really helpful with prescriptions and general questions. I have to pick up regular prescriptions and they always try and get the brand my little one will take if possible.

Always a queue, & every time I visit to collect prescription, it is never ready to pick up, always have to wait for it to be made up.Surprised that they are not open Saturdays.

Just started a Methadone script and was worried how I would be treated as many places assume you're into shoplifting or other shady stuff to support ones habit. Other than having to drink it there(as it is prescribed) it was like picking normal medication. Zero assumptions was made which made me feel at ease. Nothing worse than people treating you like a thief just because of my chose of drug.The pharmacist even introduce herself, grated I forgot her name already, still I'll never forget a face. Clearly she was happy to help, and showed an interest. That isn't an easy thing to do when it comes to me as I see past the walls/lies people put up/use.

No matter how far in advance you request your prescription, it?s NEVER available. The wait is always 20 mins plus. This probably because they?re closed lunch times, close at 5pm, and not open in Saturdays. So little time to collect prescriptions no wonder the waiting times are so ridiculous!

This pharmacy is not fit for purpose. Prescriptions are never ready. Do yourself a favour, read the reviews and never join this pharmacy!

Sorry to say, pharmacy gone downhill. Lack of staff and always a queue, with a waiting time of upto 30mins at times.I had a repeat prescription and went to collect 3 days after being approved...waited in queue for 10mins and finally when it was my turn and expecting my prescription to be bagged and on the shelf, i was amazed to see staff picking my prescription and then was told it had to be checked by the pharmacist....how long with that take I asked...about 20 to 25mins was the reply due to the queue!Same situation the following day and the day after, even today, on Saturday.Support your local amenities is the cry...I try, but with this service, it makes it difficult.So to the management...please take note and take steps to address this. Certainly, considering having future prescriptions sent elsewhere, I am not the only one to be complaining about this.

Rubbish Pharmacy. My husband?s prescription is never ready and always short of medication. They have had the most recent prescription for four days.

Pharmacy only open until 1pm as printed on the door even though the opening hours were updated two weeks ago on Google by the owner to say until 6:30PM. Knocked on the window and the staff looked me in the eye and walked off, this was an emergency prescription that they said was available.

They are usless. It takes all 3 of them to deal with one prescription while they leave a line of people waiting just to buy a box of paracetamol. They need to sort it out. And can be quite rude at times like it's a inconvenience to serve you.Wouldn't bother!!!!!

Lovely ladies but late opening most mornings and after lunch as new boss seems unaware what time she should open pharmacy!..she has no customer care either but the pharmacy staff are great and always helpful.
