“This is a small independent pharmacy in Clifton Village, Bristol. However they are far from small when it comes to their professionalism and service. I was having difficulty in getting a particular injection I have to take every 3 weeks, and my normal pharmacy could not source it. I phoned nearly every pharmacy in the Bristol area without success, until I phoned Clifton Village Pharmacy. They had the injection in stock, and told me to get the prescription put on the NHS Spine so that they could access it. They have a brilliant system of keeping in touch with their clients by text message, which made it so easy for me to keep in touch with them, and to be kept up to date with their making the prescription available. The staff are also so polite and helpful, and I do not hesitate in highly recommending this pharmacy.”

“Best chemist ever. Always super friendly and helpful. Know me by name (that’s their excellent customer service, not on me!). Just got my HRT prescription and the pharmacist completed a pre-payment form and saved it on the system so I’m now covered for the year. Gave me longer than my doctor would have, providing advice for an allergy-related thing. Really couldn’t ask for more - but they agreed to feature in a comms campaign I ran during the pandemic. Indebted.”

Everything were tagged with a price tag and everything was in stock when I’m there.Yesterday, when I had to receive my prescription, I went to Boots at first, I talked to the person and she gave me a list and told me to find it everywhere.
