Very good service here. The staff are attentive and quickly open the extra counter when a queue starts to form.

Always used this Post Office as the most local to where I live so very convenient. However, after the service I received during the afternoon of Saturday 5th November 2022 I shall never return again and will use other local alternatives. I had trouble bringing up a QR code on my phone for returning a parcel and instead of allowing me a few more seconds to bring it up on my phone, the young lady serving starting serving the man behind me whilst I was still standing at the counter so I got pushed out of the way and was never given a warning that the man behind was going to barge through. I then had trouble leaving the Post Office as he was blocking my path. Totally unacceptable and disgusting service and was left feeling very upset and stressed afterwards. If you continue to treat regular and loyal customers this way, you will be left with none and I will have no sympathy as it will be of your own doing!!!

The dark haired woman who seems to manage/own the place really lets down a team of otherwise lovely staff. She is consistently unfriendly and churlish and offers up the most expensive options at the post office counter even if the customer asks what the cheapest option is. Beware! I see other reviews going back years have mentioned this same lady as well.

In the last two months I?ve posted 3 parcels at this post office, 2 of them have never reached their destination. Strange coincidence, never had a parcel go missing that I?ve posted before. PO were no help.

I have used this post office for two years now and only this one.The staff are all very friendly and approachable.The long opening hours are so convenient that I choose to use it.Keep up the good work ?

I really don't understand the adverse comments that have been posted. The lady in question is the owner and is always very efficient and polite, she does have to keep her eyes on other staff and customer's so is not being rude or unfriendly, just very busy keeping on top of things. I think it's the best PO around.

The lady that owns/runs this Post Office is so miserable and unapproachable. I dread visiting and now use alternative Post Offices in the area. The other members of staff I've seen have been helpful and friendly.The only good point is that you can still post items after 5:30pm until the SPAR shop closes, which is why I've given 2 stars and not 1.

This is a fantastic post office with superb staff, I have seen them give their complete commitment for many years.The reviews that have personally targeted the kind woman are unfair. She is extremely dedicated, there aren't many moments where she isn?t present at the shop during their long opening hours of 6AM - 9PM, Monday to Sunday. I have even used this post office on Boxing Day!This place is a real credit to Mangotsfield.

Love my local shop/PO - nothing is too much for the staff, really well-stocked for essentials, really flexible opening hours for its post office means that I can pick up/deliver parcels at any time that suits me and great (and well-priced!) coffee machine too. Often pleasantly surprised to find it selling bread and milk when demand for essentials is its highest (e.g. due to snow/lockdown!). All in all, keep up the good work!

One lady I believe is the owner is always unfriendly and no social skills at all.. other ladies are lovely!!! Smile for god sake the world's in a very sad place and to some people going to the post office is their only form of social interaction... Let them go hope feeling happier not miserable
