Absolutely horrendous experience on a Tuesday evening. Endured an excruciating 4 minutes of waiting for any sign of service at the bar, only to find the staff mysteriously absent. To add insult to injury, several delightful beers and lagers were disappointingly out of stock, and the pint of lager I managed to order was distressingly lukewarm and devoid of any fizz. The sheer lack of quality for the price paid was utterly disheartening, leading me to abandon ship and seek refuge in another establishment with comparable prices but exponentially superior service. As a local resident, I can confidently say that this pub would not even make the list of my top choices.

Try to call their restaurant to ask for some enquiry. Well, got hang up straight away without even speaking! I can heard the sound okay? - 'Took the phone up and put it back down - BEEP!!!' Thanks!

The old post office is a great little pub if you?re looking for lovely food, cheap drinks (£2.50 Moretti on the student discount) and good vibes. The service is very cheerful and friendly, especially from the bartender Kieran who is very very helpful. Big up The Old Post.

One of the best pubs along fishponds road always good atmosphere, great staff and impeccable service. Great for uni students too with lots of great student discounts. The bartender kieren always knows our order straight away and all the other staff are massively friendly and helpful too.

Poor. If I could give no stars I would. The security staff and Area Manager are disrespectful, rude bullies. We will never ever spend another penny in here. There are much nicer places to go in Fishponds where you will be made really welcome. Don?t bother going to The Old Post Office honestly.
