My 14 year old daughter and two friends were subjected to a humiliating experience by the awful woman manning the changing rooms, who apparently thinks she's above the law.My daughter and one friend went to the changing rooms. There was no one at the door. They went into a cubicle together.Few minutes later, awful woman comes banging on the door demanding they leave as it's not permitted to have two people in a cubicle. No signs or anyone on the door to tell them this.Awful woman continues to shout and bang on the door until they get dressed and leave. At this point awful woman demands to search my daughter's bag and pulls out all contents in plain view of other shoppers. On finding out they were not stealing, and in fact did absolutely nothing wrong, awful woman does not apologise and instead bans all three girls from the shop.Now. My daughter is 14 and shop staff are only allowed to search private property with the owners consent. A minor cannot legally give consent, hence this was actually illegal. Police have been contacted, god knows who the hell this dreadful woman thinks she is.

One of my favourite stores but the staff today absolutely ruined it. Lady in the fitting rooms was extremely rude for no reason. Then when struggling to get the tags off in the self serve and waiting for help, most staff were ignoring us until one caved in and rudely told us to just use the self service. Poor customer service, we will shop online and you won?t need the jobs you so clearly hate!

I like the pull & bear clothes but for the love of god train your staff to have come friendliness and communication skills! Like talking to a brick wall every time, so rude and almost huff when you ask to exchange an item. I don?t understand why shop assistants in there are unable to apply any skills whatsoever to their job.

Beautiful clothes, great layout. It felt understaffed with large queues and one person on the till

I really like this shop. It's always clean and not too busy. Prices are reasonable and I really like their outlet. Good shops for some jeans and shirts or jumpers. Shoe and bag collection is small. Changing rooms are also clean. Good music inside the shop.

Bought a phone case in Bristol by the time we got on the train from store one of the main jewels fell off and I expect more will follow. A rubbish quality item. I contacted them to see if I could return the faulty poor quality item. Thinking a credit to use online for a different one or something would have helped. But no they just said return to store. It would cost 3 times the phone case amount to go back to store so pointless. Said nothing we can do. Have to stick to the companies we know can trust to be helpful. I did advise my daughter quality would be poor.

Was really struggling to find something that fitted. Came to Pull & Bear (never heard of the place) and was so thankful to the shop lady there ! Her name was Swan (may have misheard).I was so nervous due to my anxiety but she made me feel at ease very soon and helped me with my purchase!Place was quite warm but a great customer service experience overall!!

If you are disabled don?t bother shopping here. The staff filled the only accessible changing room to the brim with clothes rails and return bins, and the standard changing rooms are way to small for wheelchair users or anyone who uses mobility aids, service dogs, or strollers, particularly as the doors open inward into the changing room. When we asked the staff why this was the case, the staff did not care and were very rude. And before anyone says that it?s not a big deal because disabled people don?t shop here, for the short time we were in the shop, there were 3 other unrelated wheelchair users who were trying shop, and who would not be able to actually try anything on.By doing this, the store is violating the Equality Act and other legal protections for disabled individuals.

Very unhappy with the service. I bought a pair of cargos that were priced wrong on the tag. When getting to the till I was charged more than the amount that was written on the tag. When asked why they had put the wrong labels on the wrong clothes the lady was rude and not very nice. Will not be returning

Had a very negative experience in the Bristol Pull and Bear store on 15/05/2022 at 14:24. I was returning a pair of jeans that did not fit which I had purchased on my Apple Watch, the person that was serving me was very rude and raised his voice at me, shouting that ?I was not listening to him?. His attitude was really not necessary and really shocked me as I was very calm and polite towards him, and I felt that it came out of no where. My receipt stated the last four digits on my Apple Watch Apple Pay that I had paid with, however I was not wearing my Apple Watch at the time I was returning them but had my Apple Watch wallet app to prove my card matched my receipt.I had recently just returned some items in Zara with the same problem, so I knew what to show to validate it.I explained this to the person that was serving me and I also showed him my ?apple watch wallet? app which shows the last four digits which match my receipt and also shows the last four digits that match my card that is on my Apple Pay.The man that was serving me was very rude and short with me. He asked me if I had my Apple Watch on me, and I explained I didn?t but I have the ?Apple Watch wallet? app which shows proof and matches the digits on the receipt. He raised his voice to me and said I wasn?t listening to him. I stayed very calm and said I was listening to him and tried to explain the situation again, which he again raised his voice again and repeated again that I was not listening to him, and he will have to get his manager. The manager came over, I explained the situation showed her my Apple Watch Wallet on the app. She was very nice and approved my return. A shame that her colleague was very rude to me for no reason.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from pull a bear. I purchased a pair of shorts for my mum on 5/5/23 for our upcoming holiday. Unfortunately, the shorts didn't fit her, so we went back to the store the very next day, on 6/5/23, to return them and get our money back.My mum had the shorts, the receipt, and my bank card with her, but despite all this, the staff at the store refused to refund our money, stating that she "didn't have proof of purchase." This was incredibly frustrating and unfair, as we had all the necessary items to process the return. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated with pull a bear I would not recommend this store to anyone, as their customer service was severely lacking and they did not honour their return policy. I hope that in the future, they will improve their policies and practices to better serve their customers.

Never coming back again. I was told by a staff to hang my clothes back onto the clothes rack once I?ve finished trying out the outfits. Embarrassed me in front of a line of customers at the fitting room counter. This is the first clothing establishment where I?ve been told to hang the clothes back onto the rack. If I had a huge selection of clothes to choose from that would be too time consuming, I?d rather shop at Primark.
