In a queue with 25 ppl due to strikes and short working hours and process is super slow. It?s not how a modern organisation should operate, keep going like this and it is doomed together with all the staff, contracts and customers will be lost, no growth, no possibilities to improve benefits. Brilliant that they've FINALLY started opening in the afternoon/early evening. MUCH easier to pick up a parcel on the same day now. Friendly folk.

Staff there were really friendly and fun to speak to. Didn't actually realised this place existed until I received a little card from a missed delivery! The location is somewhat inconspicuous, so if it looks like you are in the wrong place, just keep going!

Horrendous opening hours and rude/unhelpful staff. Ridiculous that they shut bang in the middle of the morning & afternoon for hours. Why don't they just open early (7) & late (9) on alternate days, fine, but just open and stay open. This place has been like it for years, its so bad its hilariously ridiculous.

The location is great. The opening hours are horrendous even before the current situation. Only one window is open for service. The lady there is cheerful and friendly. She retrieves parcels fast from the back room after checking the ID. Other staff working there is not as friendly.

Used this branch for the first time this morning and blown away by the quick, efficient and friendly service. A wonderful experience. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the desk.
