Not ordering from this store of deliveroo again! Everytime I order loads is always out of stock! I have order amber leaf 50g 3 times now and 3 times in a row they are sending 30g instead like the person can?t check the weight of tobacco meaning customers are losing 12 quid! Train your staff better god

I went into sainsburys today to explain that I brought some Almond slices in store and it taste the way how dust smells, Basically it was disgusting! I don't like how the manager was hushing me.You may not think you were (manager) but when I'm mid way through my Sentence and your saying, I'm the manager, I'm the manager , it's okay, it's ok ....ect. Still let me finish my Sentence.Regardless of whether you like what I'm saying or not.If I'm also telling you that it has no year on the packaging of when it's out of date ,rather than say,yes it does ,check it first .CHECK your entire stock cause things like that shouldn't be shelved.

They have good social distancing in place, friendly staff and an amazing sandwich/picnic selection. The service is good and quick and there is a safe, one way system around the aisles.

Went to the store to collect a click and collect from Argos, was directed there by email and informed of a time to be there after. I arrived and que'd up at the till and informed the check out operator i what i was there for. I was told they haven't had a delivery and jue the the recent circumstance might not get one for a few hours and i should receive a email stating it was ready to collect, i believed i was in error and left to return to my car. I checked my emails and behold in my junk mail was the confirmation the item had arrived in store sent to be just a few minutes before i actually arrived. So 1, i was lied to about the delivery arriving, 2, i was lied to about the item arriving on site. Thanks to your staff being incompetent you have now lost the sale of a item costing £180

Had a allergic reaction and the customer services there was really helpful. James, the manager at Sainsbury's helped me a lot such as choosing the right medication and asking me what food I had and how I feel after I got this allergic reaction that I didn't know of. Really recommended to go there if you eat something that gave you an allergic reaction that you didn't know.

It's good. Has free from foods in there. That I need. Not a massive selection at this one in particular but at least it has something. Warning â? just don't be blinking stupid like me. And Park outside at the wrong times. (even though I'm registered disabled and have a blue badge) I still got a ticket!!!. I needed to park close as always as I seriously can't walk far at all. And it's immediate pain on walking /moving!!!! I was only getting my Marley, some veggies. And just a mere few things free from for myself!!!!! On the way bk from dentist. May I add. I wouldn't usually drive this but couldn't afford taxi ð???!!!!!
