Today, I accompanied my grandmother into the store and was shocked by the rude cashier, who point blankly ignored me when I requested for a bag. As my grandmother initially said we did not need one, although we did. I told the cashier multiple times that I needed a bag, but she glanced at me and continued to disregard what I said. I am going to report her to the managers

Shop is fine, nice local store however shop assistant Liam is extremely rude and could do with some customer service skills/training. Even just a thank you would suffice!!

I love this shop! It doesn't matter what time of day I visit the staff are always lovely. The store carries an excellent selection of goods considering it's fairly small. A pleasure to visit!
