I came here this afternoon with my mother to sort out something for her etc., anyway saw the 'Personal Banker', she was quite unfriendly, unengaging in conversation, and seemed to be bothered when I asked her some financial questions pertaining to my mother, I act and look after her financial matters for her on her behalf etc., as my mum's hard of hearing, quite old, with some medical problems now etc.This particular staff member's customer service was rubbish! Nothing 'Personable' about this member of staff, and her customer service toward's me on the phone is also rubbish?! We hope she improves and learns with time...., anyway at least for the sake of the rest of those poor customers she deals with?! The rest of the staff there are just about OK though, and if I may point out one other staff member in particular whom we have seen a couple of times now in the past at this branch, and also spoke to her on the phone, she has 'very good' customer service skills! Unfortunately we didn't get to see this friendly and personable member of staff with excellent customer service skills etc., we unfortunately got to see the 'horrible one' as per mentioned in the start of my complaint above!
