Wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at ScrewFix Longwell Green. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they did everything they could to refund the wrong one and sort me out the correct item. Were very friendly, efficient and clearly on my agenda.

Whilst I appreciate most staff in this branch for their professionalism and helpfulness. Sadly, one woman working at the branch is very, very rude unprofessional and loud/aggressive eating and shewing loudly food whilst serving customers. I am afraid I won't be letting myself served by this individual, ever again and will be reluctant but to visit toolstation next door.

Great store.Friendly and welcoming staff, quick service. Huge range of products, well laid out and clean store. Good value for money items and a large car park with a food van nearby.Click and collect service is very quick and easy and there is always a really good range of items on offer to buy in the store whilst you wait.What?s not to like!
