Visited this shop today as we had Hospital appointments in Bristol. Had to ask for it to be topped up as it had substantial foam on it. He did but stated it was full and the foam just went away. If it's filled up with foam, then it's not a full cup of coffee. Wasn't the warmest either. Place was clean and the staff were pleasant, just noticing a trend in Bristol where you get half of your order and the rest is wastage

Staff were great, but the smallest skinny latte available with a smidgen of hazel nut syrup was £4.20! Wow. I hope the charming staffs wages are equally high.

I was not particularly impressed with the variety of food choices nor the tidiness of the place. No one came to collect the mugs and wraps of previous customers, despite the shop almost empty. I could have barely understood with a very busy place, but completely empty? I understand that shifts can be exhausting, but it should not be at the expenses of the customers. I would not recommend it

I am definitely demanding regarding espresso and this is not the place to get the best ones. All the rest can be "nice" but not exceptionally good. The lack of choice of food is depressing and the tidiness of the place is offensive for any customer's decency. Considering the prices, at least It should be clean. The place was with two or three customers at peak time and I should have got it as a warning. Not recommendedDietary restrictions: Available on request

Nice staff,long queue but they got through it quite quickly. Food overpriced but when is Starbucks not. Nice upper floor with some excellent window seats.

The lady who served me was lovely, super helpful and friendly. Also helped me to the loo with my baby and made sure I found a seat. Brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

Always short staffed. Always got upstairs shut due to "lack of staff" even though downstairs is crammed. Probably just don't wanna clean upstairs last min, so they can go home on time. And I bet Starbucks won't pay them past close. Classic corporation
