I changed my sim card payment plan then they gave me new sim card. But After 2 weeks later, new sim card still new number and didn't change my old number. So, I went there then I told my Sim card error. Then, the assistance manger "Will" told me to sit and wait him, I'm waiting 20 mins and no one coming to me. That is really bad experience in that store.

Came here today to cancel my broadband with Three as I hoped it would get sorted faster than doing this online.The store manager was generally very unhelpful, claiming that they could only help me if I bought the broadband in this particular shop. Otherwise, he sent me off to sort it out with Three online without any offer of help whatsoever.As a customer of a company, surely they should be able to help me in any of their shops (this is one of the biggest in Bristol) and not just send me off to deal with it myself online.Really disappointing service.

I came into the store to get a sim replaced for a lost phone. They provided me the sim for the wrong number. And cancelled the sim on another phone I have. Too interested in trying to sell me stuff than doing the most basic of jobs. Shocking

Had an issue with spoofing and did not get much help the only option I was given was to change my number, which did not make me happy at all but in the end had no other option.

Me and my husband went to Three Company to extend his phone contract and the one we go is base on inside Cabot Circus shopping mall.I would like to say there?s a sales lady her service is really bad, keep promoting the products plus contract(we?ve told her we paid £110 every month in this past two year and there are lots of services we didn?t use, so we would like to the price down) she offer us first £96 first time with Apple Watch, we kindly said we really didn?t need ANYTHING AT ALL, just the phone and extend 2yrs. She asked what?s our budget we said perhaps £70 roughly per month is okay. However the second offer she said it?s 84 she wanted to offer me to join the contract as well!!!!!!We emphasize this is the price we don?t think we could afford, she acted first said this is the best price and the CHEAPEST ONE I could get you. After we said we will think about it she said okay blah blah blah reason, she think us good customers so she offer £76, that?s the last she could do. Me and my husband asked her again ?is it really not possible to lower the price and around 70.? She said No NOT POSSIBLE.After that we agreed and she was going to process the contract, the manager in there came to say hi and we told we paid lots in past two years and wished could lower down the price as we didn?t use the service involved it. He said he will have a look for us and 10mins later he said he could offer us £67/month.We were like?. but the lady said is not possible.In the meantime we heard she told her manager ?I HAVE ALREADY CONVINCED THEM 76 why you give them 67?We are so UNHAPPY THIS LADY AND NOT BEING HONEST !!!!!The free screen protector gave us the wrong one as well. No idea and won?t go there again.Please if anyone want to go three company you could go other store, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE !However thanks for the manager helps at the end.
